Adds two new command line options:

--fscrollbar-color

--menu-text-color

fscrollbar #ae2449

menutextcolor white

They correspond to the menu text color and the color of the scroll/menu bars when this window has the focus. So for a theme like nograd, you can have the menu/scroll bars change colors to match the window borders.

I added the menu text color because I couldn't read a friggin' thing using a black font on a dark menu bar.

Compatibility header to compile source meant for older versions of ImLib. Rename this to imlib.h (sorry geocities is pretty anal and won't allow me to save a file with a .h extension) and toss it in your /usr/include/X11 and you should be able to compile Eterm-DR-0.7 and enlightenment_BETA-0.13.3 straight out of the box.
