Union City Municipal Code -Offenses

10-101 Misdemeanors of the State Adopted.

All offenses against the State of Tennessee which are committed within the corporate limits and which are defined by the state law to be misdemeanors are hereby designated and declared to be offenses against the City of Union City also. Any violation of any such law within the corporate limits is also a violation of this section.
