Annie's favorite shit

I know that it has been a long time since I updated this list, but I finally decided that it had to be done...

    My Five Favorite Cartoon Characters
  1. Eric Cartman
  2. Homer Simpson
  3. Voltron, Defender of the Universe (the actual assembled Voltron, not the show)
  4. Shaggy
  5. Goofy

    My Five Favorite Cleveland Indians
  1. Sandy Alomar
  2. Omar Vizquel
  3. Kenny Lofton
  4. Manny Rameriez
  5. Jim Thome

    Annie's Five Favorite Sports Teams
  1. Cleveland Indians
  2. Washington Redskins
  3. Ohio State Bucks football team
  4. Columbus Bluejackets
  5. Columbus Crew

    My Five Most-Hated Sports Teams
  1. New York Yankees
  2. Dallas Cowboys
  3. Michigan Wolverines football team
  4. Chicago Bulls
  5. Baltimore Orioles

    Annie's Favorite T.V. Shows
  1. Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Can we say obsessed? Annie is becoming quite obsessed with Buffy, the show, not the person, though maybe a little of that too. If you have any doubt as to how much I have truly grown to love this show, just look at the pages I have devoted to it. I think that is evidence enough.
    Go see Buffy
  2. ER
I know that a lot of people watch this show, but I really don't care. It is excellent in writing, acting, and directing. By the way, isn't it about damn time that Doug and Carol get back together. My favorite episode of ER was the one that Quentin Tarantino directed. Especially gory er scenes in that one.
  3. The Simpsons
Oh, the crazy and wacky antics of Marge, Homer, Lisa, Bart and Maggie, not to mention Principle Skinner, Police Chief Wiggum, Moe, Barney, Milhouse, Sideshow Bob, Krusty the Clown, Burns and Smithers, Nelson, et al... I really like this show because it is a cartoon for adults, and being an adult sometimes, I can appreciate witty humor coming from the mouths of yellow, pointy haired people.
  4. The X-Files
What can I say? Chris Carter is a god on earth, except for that stupid show Millenium. We won't bring that up again. The X-Files is incredible in every respect, but most especially on the part of the acting of David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson. Believe the lie.
Go look at Gillian Go look at David
  5. South Park
Again, obviously I have some problems, judging from the webpage stuff. I just LOVE Eric Cartman. God - I think so. I might even recant my atheism for that cute little fat ass. Well, probably not, but. . .
    Go see South Park

    Annie's Favorite Movies
  1. Gone with the Wind
Okay, okay, I don't even want to hear it. I know that this movie is old, kind of stupid, senselessly romantic, etc... But, I am not going to lie and pretend that I don't love it as much as I do. Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable were amazing, and face it, Rhett Butler is everyone's dream (at least women and gay men.)
  2. Fargo
I didn't see this movie until the day of the Oscars this year. And I fell in love with it immediately. All I have to say is William H. Macy is the man!!!!
  3. Heathers
This 80s movie has it all-murder, love, sex, Christian Slater, conspiracy, mineral water, Martha Dumptruck, and a bunch of Heathers and a Veronica. It's really very.
  4. Much Ado about Nothing
Kenneth Branaugh is an amazing man, and his ex Emma Thompson is pretty incredible in her own way. I especially love the cinematography. This movie really brings Shakespeare to life.
  5. Braveheart and In the Name of the Father
I couldn't chose between the two. Both are about the damn fucked up British. Why can't they mind their own business? Oh yeah, that would be too hard, I forgot...

    Annie's Favorite Idiotic Politicans
  1. Ronald Reagan
Was there any question about that one? Thanks, Reagan, because of your sorry ass, I'm going to be paying damn taxes to lessen the national debt until I die impoverished, having nothing to leave my children.
  2. Newt Gingrich
What a big, stupid, fat ass.
  3. Kenneth Starr
I know that technically, he's not a politican, but he might as well be. God, he's obviously really fucking stupid. Talk about being obsessive - get out much? He seems dead set on destroying Clinton. Oh, too bad that Clinton's approval rating had climbed to 69% during this "debacle." That's his highest ever, and higher than Reagan (see #1) ever was. Ha! Ha ha ha. Dumb ass. Doesn't he realize that no one WANTS him to go after the prez? Everything's going swell, and we're about to bomb Saddam's ass. It's all good here in the U.S.A.
  4. Al D'Amato
What a damn annoying asshole. I can't wait til he starts doing Ito impressions again.
  5. Bob Dole
Yes, I realize that he is not a politican anymore, but he was really, really, really obnoxious for a while there. I do need to give the man credit for using the term "crack baby" in a presidental debate.

The Best Bands to See Live
  1. They Might be Giants
  2. Indigo Girls and Sarah McLachlan (I couldn't pick, but Lilith was so awesome, both had to be represented.)
  3. The B-Boys
  4. Flypaper, formerly known as Blank
  5. Superchunk

The Most Oppresive Cultures Known to Humankind
  1. Stalinist Soviet Union
  2. Fascist Italy
  3. Hitlerite Nazi Germany
  4. The British Empire
  5. Iran

The List (if you watch Friends, you'll know what I mean)
  1. David Duchovny
  2. Sean Connery
  3. Denzel Washington
  4. Patrick Stewart
  5. Ben Affleck

    Annie's Favorite Things to Eat
  1. Macaroni and Cheese
    It's the cheesiest.
  2. A big fat juicy cheeseburger
Especially those double stacks from Wendy's. It's a masterpiece.
  3. Tacos
Ummm...yummy. Needs a lot of cheese and sour cream.
  4. Swiss cheese sandwiches
    Okay, so I like cheese.
  5. Hotdogs
    With cheese and onions.

The Best Soap Operas on T.V. Today
  1. Guiding Light
I have watched GL since I was about eight years old, and I still believe that it is the finest (and the oldest) soap opera in existance. I love sweeps month! And Annie is supposed to go out as no soap star has done before. So, like, what the hell could that really be? Philip and Harley need to be together. Fuck psycho Beth.
    Go see Guiding Light
  2. Days of Our Lives
It's not really that good. But addictive. I'd like to think that I have broken the habit.
  3. General Hospital
GH is a pretty good show, even though it is on ABC. Is Carley finally gaining a soul? Is Laura coming back? Doesn't Luke look so much better without that scary fro? Why does everyone like Emily now -- I hate her.
  4. Beverly Hills, 90210
Noah's such an asshole, even if he didn't know that his tricky brother slipped Val the roofies. Donna had better not stick up for him, though I have a feeling that she will, which will drive a wedge between David and Donna. (B.T.W. Could Donna's tits be any more fake?) I hate Kelly, but I hate Brandon almost as much, so I guess they deserve each other. Oh, back together again and feeling so good.
  5. Party of Five
Griffin is going to cheat on Julia, which is so entirely wrong that I don't even want to get into it. Charlie is totally out of control and stuck on stage three (of dying) ANGER. Ok, get over it already, and stop being such a total ass to everyone who loves you. Bailey needs to get rid of flake Annie and get back with Sarah.

    Annie's Five Favorite Actors
  1. Harrison Ford
    He's just so damn cute...
  2. Patrick Stewart
I understand that Star Trek the Next Generation isn't everyone's cup of tea, but Stewart is a damn fine actor. I read somewhere that he is gay, so I'm going to try to bring him over to our team.
  3. David Duchovny
Uuummmmm...yummy. Not only is DD absolutely gorgeous, he is an excellent actor. His movie Playing God wasn't very good, but he was very good in it. Of course, he was kind of playing Mulder, but he's good at playing Mulder. The thing that I really like about Mulder's character is that he is entirely serious some of the time, but he can be funny and humorous as well. I think that DD pulls off both of Mulder's sides with flying colors.
    Go see David
  4. Samuel L. Jackson
He's just a badass motherfucker. 'Nuff said.
  5. Clark Gable
Yes, I do realize that he is dead, but he IS Rhett Butler.

    My Five Favorite Actresses
  1. Sarah Michelle Gellar
  2. Gillian Anderson
  3. Gwyneth Paltrow
  4. Winona Ryder
  5. Jennifer Tilly
