Fixes and modifications (M=measure r=rhythm s=string):
  All rhythm values have been halved.
  M17 showed an unknown square symbol; not associated with any fret number.

Tablature elements to be added by hand:
  Let ring as long as possible (see general Mudarra comments): M14r2s3, 
    m15r1s4, m26r1s4.
  Fermata on chord in m27.
  Fermata on very last chord.  

Leading measures in Mudarra's original tablature:
  1 10 22 33 43 52. Last measure is 60.
