Drunk n' Anger
Not a lot is known from personal experience. The band was one of the longest lasting band in Brantford from 1990 until 1999 with one member Chico Tamilia on vocals lasting the full 9 years. There was a web site maintained by Chico at http://www.oocities.org/sunsetstrip/Bistro/9051/index.html that site explains as much information as would have been here. But that web site is now gone. A copy remains on this site.

There was a short mention in Entertainment Brantford?, Issue #2, March 1996 that says that they were on the list of confirmed entries in the February 10th 1996 doomed battle of the bands at the Turnaround in Brantford.
