| * Stormy * Stormy is a resident of Rainbowland who is in charge of the weather around the universe. When we first encountered her and her steed Skydancer, she challenged Rainbow and Starlite to a race to the end of her stormclouds... whoever made it first decided what the weather would be. Of course, Rainbow and Starlite won, and brought Springtime (eventually... *^_^*) to Earth. Contrary to her aggressive nature, Stormy knows when to back down. She is quite powerful, able to manipulate the weather to her will, although Rainbow Brite is still the most powerful being in Rainbowland with the Color Belt. The clouds obey Stormy's every command; she can even influence them on a clear day! |
