The Cooky started out on the Rainbow Brite Mailing List as a daily award given out by me to someone who posted the most significant [in my opinion] tidbit about Rainbow Brite everyday. It eventually spread to the internet as an award for Color Kids from everywhere! Now, it is Officially Retired to the RbBLA's.
