Quiet and honest, Kfir enjoys the solitude of the ocean. He has always been Jewel and Dare’s confidant, participating but not fully understanding their make-believe childhood games.

Kfir always walked away from a fight if he could help it, but not because he was weak. Some islanders chalked it up to his growing up without a father. However, Kfir had proven himself in a fight on occasion, when his twin sister Jewel or his mother’s honor were on the line; also, he once singlehandedly fought three theives in order to save a fisherman’s children.

Ever since Scar moved to the islands, he became her best friend, and she became his. Their favorite spot is a tiny island on the Eastern reaches of the the archipelego, where they spend hours together. Admittingly, Kfir does not know what feelings Carlee (as he calls her) harbors towards him, and he longs for a day in which he’ll capture her heart.
