Position: Mayor of Hillsfar

Mayor William Dubin is the most respected man in town. He was named Magistrate by King Talon, but turned it down, instead asking for the abolotion of the magistrate title, and wanting free election for town mayors. This act showed the people of Hillsfar he was a fair and just man, and he didn't even have an opponent to run against. He lives in the biggest house in town, but is often found walking around, chatting and looking around.
