Position: Young prince of Leonica

Prince Rutger is cocky and arrogant, and doesn't share his father's values yet. He believes that he is above all laws and can do whatever he wants. He's still trying to learn how to run a kingdom, and is becoming a very good fighter. His uncle hopes he can win Rutger over and have him side with Dragonfire Alliance when Talon gives up the throne. He sees potential in the boy that anyone else would recognize as arrogance and inexperience.
