Position: Noble of Octavium

Jeri is Warner's oldest child by about one minute. She and her twin brother Wendell are the joy of Warner's life. Jeri is very much her father's daughter. Her serious and thoughtful nature mirrors his. Jeri was always very close to her father; she never wanted to be far from him as a child. This led to her being around a lot of soldiers, which made a definite impact on Jeri's life.

Like Warner, Jeri is committed to the improvement of Octavium's army. She has heard her father's stories of what it was like in Istera, and agrees that the kingdom must be strong enough to protect itself. The fact that the current situation of Octavium is very different from that of Istera had not occurred to her. Jeri is known as a very difficult to please leader. The soldiers find it much rougher when she commands than when her father does. As she has never been a common soldier herself, Jeri lacks the perspective that makes Warner such a great leader.

In accord with her belief that everyone should be as tough as they can, Jeri has trained herself to be a capable fighter. She is always ready for a fight and dressed and armed for battle. While Jeri believes she has made herself exactly like her idolized father, she missed duplicating his compassion. She is a harsh person, and has made few friends. Only Warner and Wendell are really close to Jeri.
