In the original tournament the bar staff team were the suprise package of the tournament and then around a month later while having a good old pub lunch Darren Oliver and Paul Peden decided to make the team a regular occurance. Every one was onboard apart from St James Park Idol Wayne Foreman who had other commitments which for legal reason we can not talk about. We started off at the Pitz Powerleague in Dunston and after a truly awful first season we got out act together. due to financial reasons (unpaid bills) we had to upsticks and leave our home at Dunston and move.
We found refuge at Westgate Community centre, a state of the art complex and so the story continues........................
