Brakes & Fuel
Shot of rear brake work with new hardware, brake cylinder, shoes, drums and bearings for the rear differential! You can also see new fuel lines along the frame rail. They were a pain to bend. The fuel lines werent too rusty but I decided to replace with new and upgrade from 5/16 to 3/8 line. I increased the line diameter because many people believe that high horsepower engines generally consume more fuel than factory lines can deliver.Havent been able to find the data to support at what horsepower level this is at but I figured I dont have to worry about it anymore. If you look closely you can see that shadow of the old fuel vent tube that was created when they sprayed the undercoating.
Closeup of rear brake assembly. Wish I had bought a digital camera when I started, could have posted more pics of the entire process.
