PART 1: Introductions, welcome new members, announcements and lunch.

PART 2: Dr. David Schaffer of the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute at UC Berkeley will be our speaker for the day. His lab is interested in the related areas of gene therapy and neural stem cell biology. In particular, his lab is working to improve the performance of several gene delivery vehicles and investigating the potential of an attractive gene therapy target, and neural stem cells for regenerating damaged tissue. His topic for the day will be: “New Developments in Stem Cell Biology and Medicine

PART 4: Open Forum – Discuss recent AMM in Seattle, share information and experiences!
