Wecome to New Orleans! Come and join us for Mardi Gras! We've rented a room right here on Bourbon Street, to watch the parade and join in all the festivities!

Mardi Gras means "Fat Tuesday" and the date may fall anywhere from early February to early March. This year it's February 24, but all the parties and parades haf been going on fur a couple weeks before.

The official colors for Mardi Gras are purple, green, and gold. These colors were chosen in 1872 by the King of Carnival, Rex. He just happened to choose our fafurite colors!

Purple represents justice
Green represents faith
Gold represents power
