Schedule 160 stainless steel pipe (very thick wall) for rudder posts with flanges welded to fit rudder blanks

Rudder blanks cut out

Rudders inside flange. Outer layer of plywood is fitted next. Planing and sanding to foil shape (like an airplane wing) is next.  Then glass and epoxy over all.

Keels built upside down. They will be  sheathed in plywood and multiple layers of glass and epoxy. Keels will be be fit on boat just before finishing about 2 years from now. For non-sailors:  The keel projects below the bottom of the boat to prevent "leeway" which is a side- slipping through the water when going upwind and also  protects the boat when grounding.

Mast beam. (built in three sections)  This supports the downward force of the mast and adds ridigity to the boat.  It also forms the forward section of the center cuddy cabin

Setting up the first bulkheads of the port hull on the building frame which will be used for both hulls Canopy is 20'X40'

Backbone removed and keel plank installed. The first stringers are being screwed and glued in place
