Cathair Utopian Sponsored Dragons
The dragons below are sole property of Cathair Utopian and (most) are one-of-a-kind.  In other words, I will KNOW if you have stolen them.

Most of the sponsored dragons are available for Chases/Flights, etc., unless their descriptions say otherwise.

These dragons have no intention of bonding to a human, but may end up finding a lifemate and bonding to them.  If this happens, the dragon is generally no longer willing to participate in any Chase without their lifemate.

These dragons live very sheltered lives and are somewhat emotionally damaged, having not bonded to anyone at the time of their birth.  PLEASE, don't antagonize them in any way.  And remember, never feed the dragons.

ENJOY!
Female Christmas-style (red/orange/gold):  Unovoqueresuth

A playful and cheerful female, she enjoys sunbathing, taking long flights on sunny days, and talking.  She is also very flirtatious, and has a soft spot for silver males.  Although she wishes she had a bond sometimes, she feels very comfortable and loved with all the attention she receives from her fellow dragons and all the staff (and residents) at Cathair Utopian.  Uno often carries messages or packages from Cathair to Cathair.

LIFEMATE: NO
LOOKING: YES
AVAILABLE FOR CHASE: YES  Participant in the
Wyld Frenzy AND the Fiery Fall Festival Frenzy.

Wyld Frenzy

Paired with silver-sunset Akriaix!

Silver-sunset Akriaix caught the eye of the wandering Unovoqueresuth, who "accidentally" pulled a wing and plummeted into the silver male, who willingly obliged the fiery-hued dragoness. Perhaps inspired by the same act, La'anth laughingly "pulled" her tail and lightly whacked her bond Kapilavith with it and claimed a muscle spasm; Kapil' replied by capturing her and wrapping her tail with his, blaming a body spasm.

Fiery Fall Frenzy

Paired with yellow
Xerbith

Paired with white-winged orange/yellow/green
Ilsakeuth

The lake was a large thing, stretching to the horizon no matter which side you stood on. Plently large enough for the hundred or so dragons of the Festival's Frenzy.

The sun sat easily over the horizon, shimmering in its late afternoon glory. The riders standing around her were falling into their dragon's mind as they waited.

The dragons milled around together, talking in groups about the Frenzy and who they would fly or be flown by. Then, when the sun had just touched the horizon, Akyoth stood on her hindlegs and bugled. Instant silence from riders and dragons came and the bronze female opened her wings with a slight crack.
It's time! she announced and launched herself into the air with a powerful leap.

An inferno of colors followed her, dotted by green and brown, as the many females took wing and the males followed suit. They had all blooded their kills before coming to the lake and they were ready.

Fiery red-orange-yellow Unovoqueruseth spun around gold Eoth as she led her small flight on. In the confusion of the near-collision with the smaller dragon, the Queen spread her wings and braked. One of her suitors took advantage of this sudden stop, catching his mate and helping her stop. Bronze Mazdath looked his mate over for any scratches as soon as Unovoqueruseth had passed.

Another male took advantage of the confusion to move up and catch his fiery prize. Ilsakeuth and Unovoqueruseth were a splendid sight of red, orange, yellow, green and white as they fell entwined.

Eoth and Unovoqueruseth were not the only females to be caught in a near collision.

Unovoqueruseth managed to fly into clear air-space this time, before yellow Xerbith caught up to her. The red-orange-yellow tried to escape him, yet he twined his neck around her tightly and refused to let go. So ended both their Festival flying, as they parted and landed.
Female Easter-style (Yellow, green, aqua, blue, purple):  Fillipaneuth

Fillipa is one of the smaller female dragons sponsored by Cathair Utopian.  As a hatchling, she was often teased due to her small stature, and as a result is quite bitter about her looks, despite having such a radiantly-colored hide.  She is very sulky most of the time, and refuses to share her food or "toys" with the other dragons.  She won't allow many humans or dragons near her; only the ones that pass the "test."  She is, as you can probably imagine, very picky and often prone to temper tantrums.

LIFEMATE: NO
LOOKING: PERHAPS (her picky nature often rules out any would-be suitors. one would have to be incredibly patient to be chosen)
AVAILABLE FOR CHASE: NOT AT THE MOMENT (we are still in the process of introducing Fillipa to dragon-therapy...if she emerges from that with a more stable temperament, then we'll reconsider her availability)
Female St. Patricks-style (Green&Yellow): Merykath

Merykath, despite her unusual appearance, is not the psycho dragon she appears.  Or rather, she is, but in a very endearing way.  This dragon is a bouncy, warm-hearted fashion-freak, who finds the buckles that adorn her very fetching.  She cannot be persuaded to take them off, and it lends her a rather menacing look.  You shouldn't always believe what you see; Merykath enjoys children and fuzzy animals, and she is always friendly and outgoing to strangers.  Merykath often babysits or pet-sits; she is quite capable and would make an excellent clutch-mother.

LIFEMATE: NO
LOOKING: MOST DEFINITELY (she would make a dedicated and loyal lifemate)
AVAILABLE FOR CHASE: YES (she is incredibly maternal and gentle for someone that big)  Participant in the
Wyld Frenzy!
Paired with the queerish bronze Weerth (aka 'Wirra')!

The buckled Merykath had a fine time trying to dodge the other males; they kept grasping for her buckles and belts in an attempt to entrap her. Still, her slick maneuvers managed to keep her safe from their lusty grips, that is ... until Weerth -- who preferred to be called "Wirra" of all things -- decided to fly alongside her.
I say, dear, those are some *darling* buckles. Where on *earth* did you get them?, the bronze queried, his painted talons flickering in the light.
I can't remember exactly. But they are lovely, aren't they?, she replied, amused. I could probably share a few -- they'd look wonderful on you, I think!
Tittering like a bird, Weerth swept Merykath up rather abruptly in what appeared to be a dragon hug and proved to be far more than that.
Darling, I'd *love* to!, the bronze squealed. And, of course, there were more than a few who just looked askance at the bizarre pairing.
MALE Valentine-style (magenta&white): Romeonth

I know what you're thinking.  "If that's a male dragon, he must be the gayest one I've ever seen..."
None of it.  He is quite the ladies man (even the name he chose for himself makes his amorous nature evident).  He's an old-fashioned romantic, who enjoys giving chocolates and roses to every female dragon he lays eyes on.  He's especially fond of the girl dragons who don't get much attention, normally, rather than the big, fancy golds that most men seem to prefer.  He's a big ol' cuddly love machine, and he'll tell you the same.  If he were a human, he'd be Italian.

LIFEMATE: NO
LOOKING: YES (but he won't limit himself; apparently there's "plenty to go around")
AVAILABLE FOR CHASE: Are you kidding? How could you even doubt that he's available? Shame on you.  Participant in the
Wyld Frenzy!
Romeonth paired with cream-pink Ainoth!

In the skies, strange things had begun to happen. Ainoth did her best to avoid the males, but her romantic pursuer didn't seem to understand the word no. Romeonth couldn't help but be attracted to such a lovely, if lovelorn, female and tried every trick in the book to try and win her over. Of course, it wa the good old fashioned "capture" maneuver that worked best and Ainoth and Romeonth began their own romance.
