My Family

I'm Orion Malfoy. I'm 7 years old and in grade 1. I have three brothers and two sisters. I'm the second oldest in my family. Tyl, my older brother is the Malfoy heir. I really like being the second born, because Tyl gets all the pressure. I have to behave and be a gentleman, but Tyl can't make mistakes. When we are bad, Tyl always gets into more trouble that any of us. He takes the blame for me a lot of time too. He's a great big brother because he's not bossy. I play with him all the time. He's my best friend.
Tyl is 8 years old. My younger brothers are Pyxis who's 5 years old, and Lynx who's 3 years old. My sisters are twins, they were 1 year old last month. Their names are Carina and Cassie.
My parents, Draco and Ginevra Malfoy, had their 9th wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago. They had 6 children in 9 years because they kiss all the time. They are always making lovey eyes at each other. Daddy holds Mummy's hand or has his arm around her waist, unless both his hands are full with children. I wouldn't be surprised if mummy didn't already have another baby in her tummy. I think daddy likes putting them in her.

My parents both like quidditch. Mummy likes going to the pitch to watch games and she likes to play in them too. Daddy likes playing quidditch, watching quidditch and listening to it on the Wireless. Daddy's favorite team is the Falmouth Falcons. He wears his jumper every time we go to a game or listen to a game. All of Mummy's brothers are big Chudley Cannons fans. Mummy really doesn't have a favorite team but her brothers got her a Cannon jumper and she wears it sometimes to tease Daddy. Mummy is almost as good of a flier as Daddy. Sometimes when we are all flying together, they make us land so they can chase each other around. Mummy only flies when she isn't pregnant. Daddy saw her flying when she was growing the twins and he was really mad. They had a big row. Pyxis and Lynx started to cry, which made them stop. |

We can fly a lot because the Manor grounds are really big. We live at Malfoy Manor, which is located in Wiltshire. Mummy, daddy, Tyl, and me have are own horses. We have are own owls too, except Tyl. He has a dog not an owl. The manor has a great potions lab. Plus there are a number of places to find potion ingredients. My brothers and I like making potions. The manor has an indoor and outdoor pool. We like to swim too.
My favorite things to do are:
Fly my broom. (I like flying with Daddy best.)
Play quidditch (It's better when Daddy plays with us.)
Go to a quidditch game (We go with Daddy and Uncle Greg most of the time.)
Listen to a quidditch game (I like it best when Daddy's mates don't come over.)
Look for potions animals
Make potions (Grandfather helps us alot.)
Go swimming.
Go to the Seaside house.
Ride horse.
Go to work with Dad.
Mum takes us to the Seaside in the summer. Daddy apparates there after work each day. Dad doesn't like that house. He would rather be at the manor, but he goes there for us. Tyl and I get him to go to the tide pools with us. He'll chase us on the beach too. The beach is a good place to practice flying one handed too. He helps us practice throwing and catching the quaffle. He got us a junior snitch to play with too, but Tyl and I like being chasers better. Daddy says that mummy has influenced us to much.
My family is the best. We like to tease each other about things, but we watch out of each other too. If I could change one thing it would be for Daddy not to work so much. I miss him when he has to go out of town.
