well, we actually went skiing (me) and snowboarding (craig), not that you could tell from the pictures. someone (me) forgot to bring her camera onto the mountain with her. oops.
it was fun anyway, and there was still plenty of snow, at least in my humble east-coaster opinion. i hadn't skied since i was in high school, so i was a bit nervous. but everything worked out fine and i had fun.
i didn't even fall once, which was a good thing, since i am totally lacking in appropriate ski-wear. maybe next year i'll get out more and make an investment in real equipment. maybe i'll even try snowboarding.
after skiing and snowboarding we ended up at the beach... who says you can't do it all in california? actually, it was just the best place to take pictures in town, aside from the 1950's era motels.
