I have been in love with animals my whole life! Bird are a great joy to me! I currently have a breeding pair of parrotlets and one crazy parakeet. I used to have a cockateil named henny penny. She was hand raised, was very tame and has took a real liking to my husband! I hd Ozzie my african Grey that I hand raised from hatching! He was my baby!! He was on an every hour around the clock schedule when we started out with hand feeding. I spent so much time with him that when I was asleep I was dreaming of him opening his eyes :) He is a real character!!! I then had two sets of breeder parakeets. It is really cute to listen to baby birds start to try their wings. It sounds like a mini helecopter inside the box! This page is dedicated to all birds. Perhaps it is because I hand raised him from a few days after hatching?
