" Goro, please accept my apologies."
Takuya shudders for no reason, perhaps its the melancholy in the stranger's voice.
" I did not meant to leave you at the mercy of those hooligans. I was afraid, very afraid. I couldn't imagine what they would had done to me!
" It was me they were after that night, I know they will never let me go alive. But I thought they will be more lenient on you, that's why I ignored your cries for help.
" Your every cry stabbed my heart till it bled, if you only know how much it had hurt me as it had hurt you! Please forgi ~"
Before he could finish his confession, he heard hurried footsteps behind him. Just as he turned to look, a pair of hands had grabbed his collar and pull him off his feet.
" Wha~"
" You beast!" A very loud roar thundered next his ears nearly deafening him. Totally stunned, he can only allow his attacker to throw him a heavy punch which sent him flying to the opposite wall. Bright stars blinded him and left him weak and helpless. After a long while, the stars started to fade and sees a pair of legs within his blur vision.
" What happened?" He ventured weakly.
" You are Nakai? You are the one responsible for my brother's illness?"
Nakai's jaw dropped in fear and guilt. " You ruined my brother's future! He had a bright future ahead of him but you! You stole it from him!" Takuya points a shaking finger at him.
" I am sorry~" Nakai whimpers.
" Sorry isn't going to fix anything!" Takuya roared angrily. " You betrayed him! You led him into a world of darkness and left him there! Do you know he is still stuck there after all these years!" Takuya reprimanded.
" World of darkness? What happened to Goro?"
" You did not have the guts to face him again after the incident!" Takuya accused cruelly.
" Please tell me! What happened to Goro?"
Surprised by the tears rolling Nakai's cheeks, Takuya halted abruptly. He is still fuming but it felt like someone had put a cork on him, preventing him from further venting.
