" You really should consider letting them meet. It may help to agitate Goro's memory." Tsuyoshi advises gently.
" The last thing Goro needs is to be agitated by that coward!" Takuya replied hotly.
" No matter what he is the one Goro is pinning for to release him from his nightmares." Tsuyoshi persuades undaunted.
" You mean there's no one on this earth capable of healing my brother except him?" Takuya challenges angrily.
" There will be. But even if Goro's cured, there will be a shadow haunting him, a shadow that will continue to challenge his sanity."
Takuya shuddered abruptly as if a chill ran through him. Tsuyoshi caught sight of the slight change of color on his friend's face and remained silent.
" No." Takuya mutters at last. " No one hurts my brother and gets away with it. I meant every word I ever said.
" He not only left Goro to suffer the assault alone that day years ago, he is also responsible for knocking him down yesterday!"
" Have you ever heard of this saying?" Tsuyoshi asks blandly.
" What saying?"
" What would you do if the person who can dry your tears is the one who made you cry?"
A long insufferable silence followed as both men immerse themselves in their individual thoughts.
" I won't consider it." Takuya announced strongly. Tsuyoshi detected his need to close the conversation so he spoke no more of the topic.
" The scan revealed no damages to Goro's brain. But he has mild concussion." Tsuyoshi explains.
" When will he regain consciousness?"
" Probably by tomorrow morning."
" Wake up soon." Takuya prays intently for his unconscious sibling.
