Grand Cenote
Sistema Sac Actun

Grande Cenote is the most well known entrance to the Sistema Sac Actun. Grande Cenote is located on Coba Road west of Tulum. Last year, we dove the Paso de Lagarto passage and this year we did the Cuzan Nah circuit by jumping after the cenote Ho-Tul. This circuit is extremely fragile and requires perfect bouyancy. There are several restrictions involved in this circuit and the maximum depth was 43 feet. The water temperature was 77 degrees.
