My name is Amy and I am a long haired
blue Chihuahua girl. I am 8 yrs old.
My Mom and Dad adopted me in 2002 while
they were doing rescue with Shih Tzu and
Furbaby Rescue. My previous Dad brought me
to my new Mom and Dad to be turned into rescue
because he wanted a home for me where I would
have a stay at home Mom or Dad. He loved me
but because he traveled with his job, he was
forced to board me at the vet.
I am a biter, and will show my teeth to warn
before biting as well as a cute little Chi growl.
However, many people think I am so adorable
that they still keep petting me and I bite them.
Because of this behavior, I was adopted by my
mom and dad. Actually, they fell in love with
me on the first day, but felt I would be happier
in a home as an only furbaby. But the day
that my mom sent me to my new home, she whispered
in my ear that if I did not like my new adoptive mom, to
just start biting people and they would return me
to her. (She was right!!) After biting a few
people (double digits), I was returned to the
rescue and directly to my Mom and Dad.
I am a daddy's girl and adore my daddy. But
when daddy is not around, I pretend to adore
my mom. I love to play with small plush squeaky
toys. I also have a little crush on
Baxter who is a Shih Tzu. I live with 3 Shih Tzu
boys- Paxton, Baxter and
Jackson.
There is a prissy pom, Reno
who lives with us, but he loves to stay at Grandmommy's house
alot too. I also have a new sister, Shelly who is a fawn
Pekingese that Mom and Dad fostered for the past year.
Mom adopted Avery, Blake and Court, the
white pekes in November 2003. I flirt with Blake and Avery
but when they flirt back, I snap at them and scare them so
much that they go running to Mom like crybabies. teehee.
As long as everyone understands that I am the boss at
this house, then everything is fine.
Mom also adopted Peaches the Peke in September 2004.
