Hi, I'm Glenda, (CCsLilSis), and I starting creating this page in May of 2000. This was also my first Web Page. My main purpose at that time, was to have a place for my Family and Friends to go when I was unable to communicate with them. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, and Mood Disorders, Bipolar being most prevelent.
Others include Anxiety, Panic, and PTSD.
There are so many times, because of Pain and Depression, I hide away from everything and everyone in My World, and those are the times I want this Site to be available to them. To remind them how much I Love them and how important there are to me, when I can't express myself or even talk to them.
Since creating this Site , I have met so many wonderful people, that either have many of the same problems I do, or know someone who does. They have also become extremely important in my life. Sometimes, just knowing you are not alone in your pain, can make a big difference in helping to cope in living
'One Day At A Time'.
