My friends and I joke that we must be possessed by aliens. Something invisible has a hold on us. There's hardly a marker to prove its presence, but when you're living it, its presence is fully known. I'm 50 years old and I have been leveled with fatigue and riddled with pain for only 11 years. Many people have suffered for much longer, and still many are newly diagnosed.
