2005-2006 Storm Player Sign-Up
If you would like to play for the Storm or if you have recieved and email asking you to complete the player registration form in preperation for your upcoming season with the team please click on the link below to download the "Player Registration Form". Once completed you can e-mail it to chache5@comcast.net or you can print and fax it to (412) 375-7318. All submissions must be recieved no later than JANUARY 30TH 2006 to qualify for the next upcoming season.
