THE VIEW FROM A TWO DOLLAR CHAIR

As I sit here in the morning and think of different things, I wonder why? Why most people have to have everything right now! I sit here and know that I have so much that you can not put a price tag on. I have a Wife who asks for very little and gets less. Two kids who if they get dessert at night and I don't they offer me some of theirs on their own. I have Friends who if I need some help to make ends meet, not for buying something that I have to have right now! But for food on the table or to

buy the kids soda and popcorn at the circus, Because the only reason we can go is I won tickets to it.

I have Friends who if I can help them in anyway I would and will. I know that sounds corny today, but if more people stopped thinking of what than get and how fast they can get it. We would have a much better place to live. Start thinking of giving time. Yes time we all get it free of charge. So use some to listen to our children, neighbors and fellow workers. A song said it all "you can listen as well as you hear" try it sometime.

I only wish you could all have what I have from this two dollar chair. Sure feels fine to me. My chair is now most likely worth much less. But I would not part with it for all of your higher priced chairs. That you never get the time to sit in!
