The wavy lines, the arrow, and the straight lines represent the path from a draft to a clear and orderly consiitution. "Do not underestimate the the level of conflict, of abuse, of trauma... etc... the path is not easy... The semi-circle, the book, and the bracket are Jesse's painting, and the integration of 'book knowledge, and cultural/spiritual knowledge that we must come to... The rounded 'chair', the spruce tree, the stick-mman, and stick-men, the mushroom cloud, symbolic documents represent Professor Jackson's talk on how he became interested in native law, and the story of the North Shore Tribal adventure... (Those who were there will know the story...) and I am sure that with these image-keys, we could each relate the story. The 85, the flip chart, the rounded table, and the two circles represent Don Jackson an our Chief, Michael Cachagee, sponsor of our workshop. the 1985 refers to Shingwauk.
