What to Crochet for Boys


Here's a list of things I'm compiling of things you can crochet for the boy in your life.  I'll be updating it as I find ideas and/or patterns.

1.  puppets- finger or handmade Deb's Bug Finger Puppets

2. hackey sacks (little balls that boys toss to each other, toss in the air, hit with elbows, knees, ankles, etc.)

3.  treasure sacks (treasure sacks or bags for girls)

4.  knapsacks or backpacks

5.  juggling balls with a net bag to store them in.

6.  sleeping bags for Beenie Babies

7.  dinosaurs, unicorns,

8.  El Zorro mask

9.  Super Hero blanket

10.  Cushions with a sports emblem, their inicial, or Super Hero emblem

11.  Cushions that *look* like a sports car

12.  Balls with Velcro© and a board

13.  Personalized Christmas stocking

14.  Personalized hat or beanie

15.  Camo scarf and skullie

*rectangular "sack" to hold cards (pokemon, playing cards, magic cards, baseball cards, etc.) 
I am thinking about those "crayon purses" I have seen online and that would be the right size for boy's card collecting, 
maybe square off the front flap, use more boyish colors and maybe a thin strap.

*case to hold CD's or computer discs, 
*a laptop case
*cell phone case
*floor pillow for sitting on the floor playing video games
*frogs and snakes - stuffed or filled with beans
*large net like bag for holding toys or stuffed animals, "hoop" for hanging on the door

*belt holder to hold a flashlight (I have 3 boys, they love flashlights no matter the age)
*vest with a place to stick a flashlight. Or a whole tool belt ensemble for flashlight, magnifying glass,
 etc.
*their own afghan to snuggle up with at night.
*Desk set items for their bedroom desk in colors to match room or fav. team or favorite car.
*A wall hanging or flag of sports team emblem.
