Have A Cheer Clinic: You can have a  week long cheer clinic for kids K-6th grade.You could target the pee-wee cheerleaders Teach them the basics of Cheering,like cheers, chants, motions, jumps. Advertise at all the local schools, daycare centers, put it in your local paper under community calendar, and have it announced on local radio stations . Give a t-shirt saying your squad name cheerleading camp. Let them cheer at half-time or before a game. They can wear their t-shirts to perform in. This will be a real treat for the girls. The Beauregard squad did this last year for the first time. We had about 50 girls or so, not only did we have a great time we also made alot of money.

Hold a 50/50 raffle. Sell tickets. The prize is 50% of the money you collect, your squad keeps the rest.

Hold a touch football game between your squad and the football players. Sell tickets.

Hold a touch football game between the football players and alumni players. This could also include basketball or baseball. sell tickets

Hold a rummage sale. Make signs and advertise all over town.

Sell cheek tattoos of your school mascot or symbol. Do this at all the home
games. You can have the JV cheerleaders do this before game time and share the profits

Sell school spirit yard signs.

Hold a mother's day out. On a saturday set up a mini daycare in your school gym, have plenty of games and activities for the children. A good age group would be K-5th graders. Saturday's are good days, alot of mother's could use this time for shopping, cleaning or whatever.

Make a Web site for your squad, then for a donation, put ads on it for local
businesses.

We sell spirit ribbons every week with a cute slogan. Like tame the tigers and sell them to students all week before a game.
 
Sell discount cards.  Contact local businesses for donations and discounts. Your fast food places could give a free drink with the purchase of  a sandwich and fries or a dollar off of a sandwich. $5 dollars off an oil change. One free movie rental with the purchase of one. The list can go on and on. The Beauregard cheerleaders did this fund raiser for several years and always turned a profit. We sold the cards for ten dollars.

We also had drink bottles printed up with Beauregard Hornets on one side and a local business on the other side and sold them for $2.00 each.

We sold shakers, pins, foam fingers and seat cushions at all the home games.

Around halloween hold a Ms. Witch and Mr. Warlock contest. Put a jar in all the teacher's classrooms. The two teachers that collect the least amount of money are crowned Mr. & Ms Warlock for a day. Make the wear a hat and cape.  This can Also be named Mr. & Mrs. Dunce
