Cheffy In Action at Taste of the Nation 2003

My primary objective of publishing this site is to share with the world my greatest passion, pleasing people through their palate. If anyone learns anything from me or from my site, I hope that you learn that you must learn to mix your own creative juices with whatever you are taught...be it my food or any other phase of this thing most of us choose to  call "our life"... The purpose of this site is to share with the world my greatest obsession, the pleased palate. My recipes are designed to help the home cook have more fun at home and take the chore out of enjoying otherwise complex foods and adding the one chefmike ingredient that goes into every one of his recipes... one helluva good time. So, kick off your shoes, pour yourself a glass of wine, put the kidz  in front of the TV, throw the dogs a chew-toy and welcome to my world...
