Each day, with the Rising of the Sun, we are again bathed in its warmth and light. As the night sky fades into the west, and the Sun renews its path along the great skyvault, we are again reminded of the Circle, ongoing, everlasting. The young flowers bend themselves toward the brightness and open their petals to recieve its life-energy. In the traditional way, we greet the Sun every morning, giving thanks. Every day, we acknowledge Grandfather Sun's warmth and light as everything on Mother Earth grows strong and flourishes in its beauty. Grandfather Sun is sacred and so, too, are his children, the Fire. Every day, we can acknowledge the beauty in every living thing by taking the time to notice it. The same is true of our relationships with other people. We should acknowledge the warmth and light in everyone. We can acknowledge the sacred Fire in every living thing. We all share much in common no matter who we are or where we come from. We are all part of the same family.

Things that make me Happy!
My Husband,My Children, My Grandchildren, Pets, Friends, Music, & My Computer!
& the simple things in life itself!

My Pet Peeve's!
Just recently I was denied membership in a webring because I had the name Squaw in my title. To some and I quote "this is a derogatory word (even vulgar)." According to the Websters Dictionary-It means an American Indian Woman,Bride,or Wife. According to everything my parents and grandparents taught me-no word or words can make you something that you are not. You choose your own path. It is one thing to be put down by a person...but to be put down by your own people is a brand new story in itself. People who take words and blow them out of proportion and sign my guestbook with vulgar words are in my opinion not the peace loving people they profess to be. You know who you are and you have not won. I have because I am the better person here. Since I am a lady...and I do not want to offend anyone, I have removed the squaw from my title. I am proud of who and what I am and I will not let you or anyone drag me down to a level that in my opinion is of prejudice. I will pray for those who have let little things cloud their minds of the true values in life itself. Wadv! (Thank You)
1)People who won't sign my guestbook and make me happy!!
2)People who do not have mud flaps on their vehicles and pass me on a stormy day, splashing dirt and things all over my windshield!
3)Someone who does not show courtesy by dimming their lights for an oncoming vehicle!
4)The system that allows someone to set on their butts and do nothing and have more advantages and rights than those of us who get out and work hard for what we have!
5)Taxes and more Taxes! It appears that the people who pay the most are the ones who have the least to give. It appears to me that the middle-class and middle- aged people get all the knocks while the others enjoy the benefits of their hard labor!

My Dreams!
To leave this world knowing that I have made atleast one person in this world smile,
Not just at me...but with me and at themselves.
To help each and every person know that he or she has a valuable purpose here on earth...no matter how small they think it is!

To never forget where I came from, where I am going and what I hope to reach!
To Soar like the eagles:Always keeping an open mind about everyone and what they believe in!
There once was an Indian boy who found an eagles egg. Discovering that the mother was dead, he took the egg and place it carefully beneath a mother Prairie Chicken. Soon the egg hatched and pecked around in the dirt just as the Prairie Chickens did. One day the little eagle looked up into the sky and saw a great eagle soaring high in the sky. He said...Oh to be able to soar like the eagles! The mother chicken said...hush...you are just a prairie chicken like all the rest of us. You will never be able to fly like the eagles. To this the little eagle felt very sad. Then one day a Great White Spirt came to the little eagle and said...why are you so sad. The little eagle told the spirit how he wanted to fly like the great eagles in the sky. The Great White Spirit said to him "you can do nothing if you don't try". So the little eagle tried and he tried and soon he found himself leaving the ground. He was so elated that he was able to fly like the eagles. He soared into the clouds where he came face to face with the Great White Spirit again. The Great White Spirit said to him "see you can do it too. If you let others make you believe that you don't amount to anything, you will never fly with the eagles. But first you must try."

My Favorite Sayings!
"Live Life To The Max!" for there may not be a tomorrow!
"He who trims himself to suit everybody else, Will soon whittle himself away!"
"Don't walk in front of me,
I may not follow-
Don't walk behind me,
I may not lead-
Just walk beside me and be my friend!"

"A mistake is not and ending...just a new beginning!"
"Success is knowing that at least you tried!"
"Don't criticize or accuse...until you have walked a mile in my shoes!"
"I complained because I had no shoes...until I saw a man who had no feet!"

My Goals!
To never try to be the best, but to do the very best I can do!
To be the type of friend to everyone...that I want them to be to me!
