In the English version the line around Chibi Usa's private part's ^-^; is cut out but fortunately in the Japanese version you get to see the line around her private parts!

The English version edits the outline of her breast, the Japanese version does not. I guess they didn't want you to know Chibi Usa actually has breasts, small but cute ^-^
