Are these people who we really think they are?

Carlos Ominami Pacual, present day Senator for the V region, was born on June 18th, 1950. He studied at the prestigious National Institute, then went of to study at the University of Chile, and later in comfy "exile" got his postgraduate degree in Paris University X Nanterre. His father was an army General, one of the few treacherous officers who did not adhere to the military Junta and who favored Allende. He was called to retirement in 1973. Young Carlos Ominami however, was a hardcore leftist student activist, who was a member of the terrorist MIR (Leftist Revolutionary Movement) from 1968-1975. The fact that he was a member of this violent anti-democratic group tarnishes any credibility that he is a democrat. From 1978-1983 he joined "Convergencia Socialista" or Socialist Convergence. Reforming himself somewhat, he joined the outlawed Socialist Party in 1984. Today this "senator" has accumulated many pompous titles, like Diploma in Economic Science, Doctor of the Third Cycle (Ph.D) University of Paris X Nanterre, Doctor in the State of Economy, University of Paris X Nanterre. He was also an ex-economics minister from 1990-1992 to the first Concertacion government (led by Patricio Aylwin). This senator, like so many of his inept colleagues, is constantly on tv trying to call atention to himself and blasting the opposition, etc. He was heard recently using foul language when on a train to Nantes, going to see the Chile-Cameroon soccer match in the France 1998 World Cup.

Juan Bustos, present day Deputy for district 12 (comprises of the areas of Olmué, Limache, Villa Alemana and Quilpué), not much is known about him. He married Claudia Chaimovich and has 7 children. He is a lawyer and a politician (a lousy one), a member of the Socialist Party of Chile. He was elected for the period 1997-2001. He went to the prestigious National Institute from 1949-1954. He then went on, like all old school politicians, he went on to the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile from 1954-1959. He then did his postgraduate studies in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1961, and Bonn in 1965. In 1968-1969 he was political secretary of the regional center of the Socialist Party. 1970-1973, he was regional center secretary. He then stopped being involved in politicis, until 1997-1998 member of the Political Commission of the party, and member of the Central Committee. This has not stopped him from his fight against the forces of the right, to make the undemocratic leftists look good. He was the lawyer for the Letelier family in the process against General Manuel Contreras and Birgadier Pedro Espinoza for the murder of ex-Popular Unity traitor, ex-Foreign Minister Orlando Letelier. This case was absurd, as the US did not want to hand over the killer and ex-CIA agent Michael Townley to clarify the case, and in which no operatives of DINA (National Directorate of Intelligence) were involved, much less the head of that security agency, Gen. Manuel Contreras. Since 1998, he has been heavily involved in the Pinochet case, and was one of the lawyers involved in the vendetta against him. He is one of the lawyers representing the Socialist Party (whose hands are covered in blood) and the families of the detained and dissappeared (a group of communists who scream to make scandals and create notoriety) in the process against General Pinochet. He is now National Human Rights Secretary of the Socialist Party. How can this anomaly take place? Since when if ever, have the hardcore Socialists ever cared for human rights? These killers who differed little from the Communists until recently, are involved in mass violations of human rights in Chile, and should have no say on human rights. Human rights do not belong to the murderers of the left.

Senator Jorge Lavandero Illanes, was born may 6th, 1930, a member of the Christian Democrat Party. This senator, the youngest to join Congress in 1957 (elected four consecutive times for Cautin), started with a brilliant career, common among the old political elite, who had higher ineterests in the nation, and cared much for democracy. Today he is part of the same old corrupt political dinosaur government machine that characterizes the typical politician. He was elected head of the Christian Democrat coalition in Congress twice. He intervened in proyects relating to laws, and was one of the supporting members in Congress to support the "Law in Deefense of Democracy" a law proposed by President Gonzalez Videla which outlawed the Communist party from 1948-1958, due to its anti-democratic tendencies. He also represented our country as ambassador of the United Nations Organization. in 1972, he was one of the vociferal members of the opposition to the Socialist Allende government, when Allende called the Soviet Union, "Chile´s older brother". Lavandero acidly criticized Allende for accepting the Lenin Peace Prize given to the President after a trip to the Soviet Union. He has approved 5,823 Laws since 1957 out of 19,000 for the country as a whole. Today, however he is a changed man. During the government of Augusto Pinochet he soon joined the opposition with other fellow Christian Democrats led by ex-President Eduardo Frei Montalva (1965-1970). He has moved steadily left since that time, changing with the Christian Democrats, who have moved left since 1965, today being no different than the socialists. He became an acid critic of General Pinochet. In the 1980´s he even became an editor to the Communist propaganda "nwspaper" known as "Fortín Mapocho". In 1984, Lavandero made false accusations against General Pinochet´s property developments such as "El Melocotón". This is of course false since he never had any proof of any wrong doing. Being the typical inept demagogue politician he has become, he joined the Communists in marches and disruptions in Valparaiso in 1998 when General Pinochet assumed his Institutional Senatorial seat in Congress. This "red" senator forgot what he once was elected to do, who he was, and what values his party used to stand for. He is now a political pariah even for his own party.

Nelson Avila, present day Senator of the Party for Democracy (PPD), is known as a scandal maker and a clown known for making accusations without any rationale or proof. He gets in "political debates" not just with the right-wing opposition which he hates, but also with his political allies. This is the typical lousy low life lying politician, which Chile can do without. He told reporters in 1998 out of the blue that Senator Sergio Onofre Jarpa, ex-Interior Minister of the Military Government, when chosen by General Pinochet to that post "was the same case when Caesar appointed his horse as Minister". The Honorable Senator, Jarpa just replied that he didnt stoop down to the level of this stupid hatemongers. This Congressman has also claimed that Pinochet stole money, something he has not been able to prove, because it is a fantasy. Among other things, he accused the ex-Air Force Commander-in-Chief General Rojas Vender of "smuggling" expensive furniture into the country without paying taxes. This was of course untrue, and caused the government embarrassment. He recently challenged ex-Admiral Arancibia for the Congressional seat of the V region, saying he had no support. It has been confirmed in this December elections that the pro-UDI (rightwing party) has won the most seats, and of course, Admiral Arancibia won by far. The sad fact was that Nelson Avila did not even know his circumscription (his region), the one he went on to represent, as he got lost trying to find the Gustavo Fricke Hospital in Viña del Mar.

Gladys Marín Millie, the current General Secretary of the Communist Party (PC), had only been back in Chile for two days when the military took power. She had spent about a month in Europe, attending typical Communist activities like the "World Youth and Student Festival" in East Berlin. She also traveled to the USSR, Vietnam, Czechoslovakia and France, requesting solidarity with the Popular Unity (UP) government because as she wrongly said "we could already see that the situation was worsening, that the right had a seditious attitude aimed at overthrowing Allende's government." Of course this terrorist forgot to mention that it was the Communists and left-wing extremists who had started to attack people and create a confrontation, as well as leading the country to its biggest chaos ever. She was not even married, Marin lived with her partner, then Secretary of the Communist Party for the Metropolitan Region, Jorge Muñoz. Gladys Marin up to this day has lied about her "husband" (as she refers to him now) as a simple carpenter that was muredered by the "vicious Military". However, the truth is that after September 11, 1973, he became involved in guerrilla warfare, and once he suspected the authorities were unto him, like many "exiles" secretly left the country and his family gave him up for dead or "dissappeared". The truth is that he could be very much alive and well living in Europe (these type of stories were common as surprised family members found their "dissappeared" living in comfortable positions in former Communist countries). In November of 1973, after finding out that she was among the 100 most wanted terrorist identified by the Military authorities, she seeked assylum in the Dutch Embassy in Santiago. She re-entered the country illegally in 1977 to help support and maintain subersive terrorist activities. This same terrorist, as head of the terrorist Communist Party, and its armed wing the Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front (FPMR), are responsible for setting of a bomb in 1990, killing an innocent Canadian citizen, and an American citizen who were playing baseball, in Santiago. Why doesnt she have to answer for her crimes? Yet this hypocrite dares to scream about "human rights" and about judging a national hero and savior, General Pinochet. She even had the guts to at the urging of the Interdevelopment Bank in 1997 to start legal procedings against the American government because of its "role in destabilizing and having a hand in killing 4 communists in 1983, according to the dclassified CIA files". This is of course a load of bs, as she knows the USA had no involvement whatsoever, other than wanting to destabilize the corrupt Allende government, which crumbled by itself economically. Marin knows the US had nothing to do in the deaths of 4 communist terrorists, as that was the work of the CNI (National Central Informatives), because they were involved in destabilizing the Chilean government. She is known for supporting murderers fromn the left and for starting the false accusations in court against General Pinochet. Gladys Marin as all Communist traitors, even went to Spain to declare against Pinochet, recognizing the illegal self-arrogated Spanish "justice" (vengeance, actually), led by that inept judge garzon. Further evidence of a communist conspiracy is given by a telegram sent by the head of the Spanish Communist Party (PCE), Paco Frutos to Gladys Marin offering her "support" and congratulating for trying to put General Pinochet in jail. She was arrested in 1996 for breaching law 6b of the Constitution for slandering the country´s leaders, by calling Pinochet a "psychopath". What this stupid lunatic woman didnt know was that she could end up in jail. Gladys Marin caused trouble again in 1998 when General Pinochet took his rightful post as life Senator, leading protests and marches against Congress, and were held back by Carabineros (police) for they know they are dangerous and out of control. She quickly pretended the Police hit her, by hitting herself and putting ketchup sauce over her head. The state media aired her pompous unrational accusations, but everyone knew it was false. Marin failed miserably in the presidential elections, the Communist Party barely getting 4.5% of the national vote. Recently, in November of 2001, she and her party cadres screamed murder when the police kicked these brutes out of their headquarters, since they had not paid their rent (the building was owned by former party members). They said they were being persecuted and other lies. 9 people were injured, and they started attacking the police, so as to make them react. Already Commies around the world are screaming murder and are trying to protest in favor of these butchers. This caused the oust of the Police chief to be replaced by a government lackey, a mr. Cienfuegos. This led to an appalling government decition of protecting this undemocratic party from oblivion, and giving them a government department to use as headquarters!! This absurd proposition was strongly opposed by the right-wing opposition, specially because the Communist Party lacks democratic credentials. She should be put in jail for all the terror she and her party have inflicted in Chile.

Communist leader

Volodia Teitelboim Volosky, a Communist leader and poet, was born in 1916, in Chillán, Chile. The son of a Ukranian immigrant who came to Chile to "seek paradise", his parents first moved from Talca to Curicó, where he bagan his studies. Later he went to Santiago to study Law. He became a lwyer and a politician. Teitelboim went to his first political meeting of the Communist Party in the turbulent year of 1931. He soon joined the Communist Youths. He became a Deputy and Senator of the republic. He went on to become Secretary General of the Chilean Communist Party (PCCh). He has devoted his non-political life to writing poems, and that is how he has become known, recently publishing his memoirs. On that special September 11, 1973, when the Armed Forces took control of the nation, it found Volodia Teitelboim in Rome, on a mission sent by Allende to explain the "situation" in the country. As a Communist activist he was forced to stay abroad in "exile" in 1973 until 1978, and as a traitor, he gave speeches on Radio Moscow, on a show called "listen Chile" between 1973 and 1988. This led to an international campaign by Communists against Chile in "defense of human rights" which had nothing to do with that, but rather because they got kicked out of the country after making Chilean society bleed from their policies, as well as preventing their plans for a future absolute take over. He and other former Chilean ambassadors in Europe and other exiled Communists met with the president of the Italian Senate, Ferrucio Parri, a friend of the Communists, to condemn Chile, and give a bad image of the new government, in the same year it took over. This was followed by Finnish Communists who also did their part in creating conciousness in western Europe, to make Chile look bad. His stepson, Roberto Nordenflycht, a former boss of the Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front (FPMR), who was killed in a shooting with Carabineros (police). The disgusting thing is that Teitelboim is proud of his "stepson" for being a terrorist. When asked if he shared his stepson´s politcal view, he answered: "Well, yes. He later followed his own path, took his own decisions, and I respected him..."(Que Pasa, interview, 1997). He was a hardcore Communist, and as all Communists he could not be trusted since Communists put their party ideology above friendship, family or nation. This was shown when he broke his friendship with his friend, the honorable poet Vicente Huidobro, who switched from the Republican side and joined the Nationalists led by Francisco Franco. It is inconceivable that any society give an undemocratic character a tribunal to criticize democracy and support terrorist regimes, like the former USSR and Cuba, among others.

Luis Alberto Corvalán Lepe was born in 14-09-1916, in Puerto Montt, Chile. He was the son of a primary school teacher, and joined the Communist Party in 1932. An important old school Chilean ex-politician, and ex-General Secretary of the Chilean Communist Party- was a dangerous extremist and Allende supporter whose aim was to establish a Communist dictatorship in Chile. At 85, he recently wrote a book in Spanish "The Other Germany - discussions with Margot Honecker". He was quoted as saying: "I promised Erich [Honecker, leader of the GDR] before his death that I was worried about her [Margot Honecker]. For the book we often met through one year." After 1932, he went on to hold various party secretaries, as well as being town councilor in Concepción and working for the Communist newspaper "Frente Popular" (Popular Front). From 1940 he went on to become deputy editor-in-chief of the central executive body of the communist party daily "El Siglo" (The Century), and then editor-in-chief from 1946-1948. Sarting in 1948 he became director of the department of propaganda and instruction in the Communist Party (it was outlawed by Congress that year). In March 1958 he became Secretary-General of the interior of the party, which at that time was given the right again to participate in elections. In March of 1961, Luis Corvalán was elected Senator of the republic. It was during this time when the party expanded and became one of the biggest and best organized parties in the western hemisphere second to Italy´s and France´s Communist Parties. This would later lead to problems and agitations, although it was the younger cadres rather than the old cadres of the party who caused problems. Senator Luis Corvalán was secretary-general of Chile’s Communist Party and one of Allende’s closest allies. Like Allende, he was no social reformer. As a disciplined, Moscow-controlled Red he counseled Allende against the rash actions advocated by some of the hothead revolutionaries with itchy trigger fingers. "We need time to prepare ourselves for the exigencies of a civil war," he warned. After September 11, 1973, Corvalán was detained. He was accussed of High Treason (traitor), acting outside of the law, contianing weapons, subersive activities and fraud. When he was found by the Military Forces, acting like a coward, he hid under his bed to avoid arrest, to no avail. Soon after he was placed with other terrorist and former Allende government ministers, on Dawson Island, in the Magellan Straits. Likewise, his son Alberto was also detained by security forces, since he was an active Communist militant, even after the party was outlawed by the Military Junta. The Military Government Junta did an exchange with the Soviet Union: the ex-change of the terrorist Luis Corvalán, with a Russian disident, Vladimir Bukovsky, in 1976. Vladimir Bukovsky is now free and is forver in gratitude to General Pinochet for saving him from more years in the infamous "gulags". In 1980, Corvalán being the traitor that he was, wrote his famous "Dear Comrades" letter to the Moscow Communist Central Committee to get money and expenses paid for the training of 15 Chileans in Communist subersive methods to fight the Chilean government. This Communist and supporter of assasins should be in jail (he is still currently living).

Marxists

Carlos Altamirano Orrego, of illustrious family and curriculum, was born on December 18, 1922, in Santiago. He was son of Carlos Altamirano Rodriguez and Sara Orrego Puelma, member of the oligarquy and decendant of an old Chilean family with liberal and "intelectual" tendencies, where doctors, painters and musicians were common. Hi maternal grandfather was the founder and president of the Banco de Chile (Bank of Chile) and his great grandfather was one of the founders of one of the big saltpeter Mines in the north. His father was the type that wore "capes" when going out. He married Silvia Celis and had three sons. He did his first and secundary studies in the Liceo Alemán (German Liceum), and his graduate studies in the Law Faculty of the University of Chile, where he got his title as a lawyer. After graduation, he worked as a Political Science professor in the University of Chile. He was influenced by leftist friends and family members, including his uncle "Titin" Héctor Orrego Puelma, and later by the poets Vicente Huidobro and Pablo Neruda. During the government of Carlos Ibáñez del Campo, he was subsecretary of the Finance Ministry in three opportunities. In the professional area, he worked as a lawyer for numerous companies: Papelera de Puente Alto (Paper Company of Puente Alto) 1942-1943, Compañía Chilena de Electricidad (Chilean Electric Company) 1953-1958, Banco Sudamericano (Southamerican Bank) and the Consejo Nacional de Comercio Exterior (National Committee of Exterior Commerce) from 1953-1958. In 1961, he was elected Deputy for the 22nd Departamental Group (which includes Vadivia, La Union and Rio Bueno) for the period 1961-1965. As a politician of the old school, he was elected again in 1965 for the 4th provincial group of Santiago, for the period of 1965-1973. He was a member Government and the Finance Ministry Commities in the Senate. In a bad decition to his brilliant career at this point, he joined the Socialist Party in 1966, being part of the party´s Central Committee in 1967. In a big turn to the left, he visited China in 1972, invited by the red murderer Mao Tse-Tung, and also visited the Soviet Union. This is further proof that the Socialist party did not have "democratic" tendencies, and wanted armed revolution. He was known as a great "revolutionary" orator, expert in the art of spreading propaganda. He became a big supporter of the Allende government, and supported radical take overs of industry and land. This traitor to the nation also led an insurrection of infiltrated Socialist and Communist cadres in the Navy and led them to "overthrow" the "reactionary" Commanders. If succesful this would have destroyed the Navy, and in the event of a Military takeover (which ocurred in 1973), would have led to more deaths and to infighting in the Armed Forces. He was known to the right wing as the "black beast". However in the streets he was known as the "nut" or as "el mayoneso". In Feb. 11, 1971, Altamirano was elected Secretary General of the "undemocratic" Socialist Party, until September 11, 1973. After this, he became one of the most sought after criminals and traitors of the Popular Unity leaders, and with the help of his influential family connections (specially in the Army), he escaped to Argentina in the back of a car. He later exiled himself in Paris, France. He lost all his political influence over the years as he lived a life of luxury selling books and other difaming activities helping to give Chile a bad image in Europe. He returned in 1990, and has lived quietly, keeping out of national politics. He is not missed.

PATRICIO FERNANDO ORTIZ MONTENEGRO was born in Santiago, Chile, on July 12th, 1964, the fourth child of a family of five. His father, Juan Ortiz Tapia, was an active member of the National Health Workers Trade Union (Servicio Nacional de Salud). His father was detained for a few months due to his extreme leftist contacts and illegal activities. Patricio Ortiz attended school (Liceo Gabriela Mistral) finishing top of the school at the early age of 16. He was also amongst the top students that approved that year the University National Entrance Examination (Prueba de Aptitud Academica) and started studying Computing and subsequently moved to study Philosophy. At the time of his arrest Patricio Ortiz was a student at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Chile (Santiago). This was the time when he was influenced by other radical elements, in particualr when he was at university (his own family supported this extremism as well). Of course, Ortiz was more than just an average university student, angry at the Military government. He also became involved in militant extremist organizations such as the armed winged of the Communist Party, the Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front (FPMR in Spanish), in its creation in 1983. Patricio Ortiz was arrested on the 28th of February 1991 on the murder of Senator Jaime Guzmán Errazuriz, by members of the Chilean Security Forces (Comandos Especiales de la Policia). This cold-blooded communist terrorist, with four others shot Senator Jaime Guzmán as he was coming out of a lecture at the Catholic University, in broad daylight with many eyewitnesses. This killing shocked the country, since he was a well known and a respected member of the opposition (founder of the Independent Democratic Union Party, and an ideologue behind the 1980 Constitution), and eventually could have ran for president, being a blow to the anti-democratic left. His arrest was one of the final blows to the extremist terrorist group. He was tried by a civilian court, but the judge being corrupt and government pressure put on the case, led to the terrorist to stay free. Since Ortiz Montenegro was a terrorist who belonged to an illegal terrorist organization, he was tried by a Military court, and was found guilty. He was soon sent to jail as befit an assasin. On the 10th of October 1992 several prisoners (Communists in Chile wrongly call these cold blooded killers "political prisoners") including Patricio Ortiz and his brother Pedro Ortiz Montenegro attempted to escape from the local prison in Santiago. During this escape his brother and two other prisoners were killed by the Security Forces and Patricio Ortiz was shot several times. Due to this event Patricio Ortiz, together with other prisoners, were moved to the High Security Prison-CAS (CARCEL de ALTA SEGURIDAD-CAS) in Santiago, Chile in February 1994. This Communist bastard with four other communist extremists escaped from this prison in 1996, with the help of a helicopter, long before their terms were over for the killing of a right-wing Senator. Patricio Ortiz Montenegro was protected and supported by Amnesty International, Communist groups (Communist party, MIR, FPMR) and these so-called "human rights" organizations (how can they be in favor of human rights by supporting a rebel and a killer?) set up a broad web of support in Chile (without much success) and in western Europe among socialist groups there and other wrongly called "humanitarian groups" (who only protect Communists). He and some others soon escaped the country with some help of international pro-communist organizations, and went on to Cuba. One of the prisoners was later caught in Santiago, and a third terrorist prisoner even had the guts to write a book about his escape!! Ortiz Montenegro then went on to Mexico where he hid for some time, then went to Switzerland, since he had a sister and some other family members living there. His family and Amnesty International, as well as the other socialist pressure groups lobbied hard to get this terrorist´s case heard by the Swiss authorities. He arrived in Switzerland to ask for assylum, but the authorities put this terrorist in jail and alerted the Chilean government. In the end, against all reason and against all respect for human rights, the Swiss authorities gave him political assylum. This makes no sense, as Chile was a democracy in every sense of the word by 1996, and this had nothing to do with political persecution, but with the fact he committed murder. This sets a terrible precedent for the right of the law and sends a bad sign to terrorists all over the world. This murderous brute was charged for the robbery of a branch of the Bhif bank (Banco Bhif) in Vitacura, Santiago; for putting an explosive artifact (small bomb) in McDonald´s, Santiago; assault and battery with result as death to a Carabinero on active duty (Policeman). Just for these charges, he was condemned to 20 years in prision. These charges do not include the killing of Senator Guzmán. This notorious killer has resurfaced after Feb.3, 2002, in Brazil, for kidnapping Mr. Washinton Olivetto, a businessman together with Alfonso Palma Salamanca, another terrorist member of the FPMR. Brazilian justice, unlike this half-joke "justice" we have in Chile will find him guilty and not let him return to Chile. The fact that Montenegro was found in Brazil perpetrating crimes shows that he still remains an active terrorist, and that he duped the Swiss authorities into giving him political assylum in order to gain time and escape prision in Chile. This coward will at least serve a term in Brazil.

Mauricio Hernández Norambuena, of 39 years, alias "Comandante Ramiro" is member of the National Directorate of the Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front (FPMR). He was detained in August of 1993 and has been condemned for two crimes: one prision sentence for life as intelectual mastermind of Senator Jaime Guzmán´s homicide and the kidnapping of Cristián Edwards. He was also processed for the attempt on General Pinochet´s life, an assault on "Los Queñes" police quarters, the homicide of the ex-security agent Roberto Fuentes Morrison (alias "El Wally"), putting an explosive device in the National Stadium and the murder of (retired) Coronel Luis Fontaine. He has currently been found in Brazil together with Ortiz Montenegro and Ricardo Palma after kidnapping a prominent Businessman in Sao Paulo. He will be tried as a common criminal, and although the leftsists in the government are alarmed and have required his extradition, Brazil knowing our "justice" is weak and pro-terrorist, will not hand him over until after he has served his term in jail (Brazilian jails are not known for their cozyness). A curiousity that has come to light is that he has a brother, Iván Hernández Norambuena, a national delegate of the Party for Democracy Party (PPD), who is worried about his brother's well being. He, like other friends of hardcore marxists is pushing the government to legally represent the terrorist and pay him a lawyer in Brazil. What was even more outrageous was Iván Hernández Norambuena as well as the other brother's comment about their terrorist brother Mauricio, "we understand and respect the path he chose "to express his ideals" (La Tercera, 2002). In other words, this member of a mainstream political party says it is ok for people to kidnap and kill other people because of your ideals???? What is most serious about this situation is that many people in government had a terrorist past themselves or have family members who are terrorists, and often simpathize with them. This is why these terrorists should NOT be extradited to Chile because there they will be set free by political pressure from the government. This low-life assasin even had the guts to whine about how the Brasilian Civil Police treated him and his group (we wonder how he expects to be treated with white gloves?). Mauricio Norambuena has even bitched about his condition in his jail cell saying that he wanted, "a mattress, clean bed sheets, a comfortable cell and to be able to go to the Jail yard" (La Tercera). Ricardo Alfonso Palma Salamanca(aka "el negro"), of 32 years, has two life sentences pending. This terrorist deed was carried out in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He is now being tried and judged by the Brazilian justice, and we can rest that they will be much harsher than Chilean "justice", who is soft on killers and terrorists. The Chilean government is currently trying to extradite him to Chile, in order to let him go free. This has already happened before when Chilean "justice" after extraditing 6 dangerous members of the terrorist MIR from Brasil let them go free the next year in 1999.

Pablo Muñoz Hoffman is accused of the murder of (R)Coronel Luis Fontaine, of the failed homicide of (R)General Gustavo Leigh (ex-member of the Government Junta) and of an assault to a truck belonging to Prosegur in the Eastern Campus of the Catholic University, following the kidnapping of the Riveros Calderón family, in Ñuñoa, a neighborhood of Santiago.
