China Bridal Shop Return Policy

At China Bridal, we stand behind our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, we'll exchange it or credit you with purchase price. Certain restrictions Apply:

*  No return on personalized items such as favors, printed invitations, altered dresses or food products.  
* No return, but unlimited exchange on apparel.  A $8 processing fee is applicable per exchange, no extra shipping or handling.
*  All return or exchange must be claimed within 15 days of receiving merchandise.  

Apparel Exchange Procedure: 
1.  Repack the merchandise with the packing slip (receipt) on which, write the size and color needed.  
2.  Enclose processing fee of $8 in personal or cashier's check, payable to ChinaBridal.com.
3.  We will replace the apparel upon receipt of the merchandise in its original condition.

Return Procedure of General Product:   

If, for some reason, you would like to return a product other than apparel and personalized merchandise, please e-mail or call us for a return authorization number.  The cost of merchandise will be refunded to your credit card within 7-15 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.    We are not responsible for return package that are lost or damaged during shipping.  Return of product must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise.  No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

All price quoted on ChinaBridal.com are in US dollars.  Promotional offer of discount can not be combined with any existing offer of discount on our web site.
