Baby Chloe
This website is dedicated to the memory of Chloe Julianne Block. She was stillborn on April 24, 2003. She was born with a condition known as Trisomy 13. She is dearly loved and will be missed very much. Even though we didn't get a chance to know her, she has still touched our lives more than we could have ever imagined and we will never forget her.
