LFL™: Book 2, Chapter 13.

It was the morning after the press conference. The was a call on Mark's room's phone. It was the receptionist at the hotel. There was a package waiting for him at the PokéCenter. He pulled some clothes on, and rushed over there without waiting for the others.
When here got there, the Joy behind the desk smiled. "Your pokémon are better, and you can take them back, but I wouldn't recommend fighting with them. There's a message for you. It's from somebody named Dr. Jones." Mark ran over to the Video Phone, and called up the number. Dr. Jones picked up. "Mark! Finally! I saw you on the news last night, and I heard about your problem." A little light flashed on the bottom of the screen. A mechanical voice said: "Prepare for transmission of material." A tray opened up, and inside there was a pokéball. A very strange looking pokéball. It was silver, and looked a lot more shabbily constructed than others.
Dr. Jones came back on. "Professor Oak gave me this to give to you. It's Mr. Roboto!" Mark pressed the little button on the ball, and the robot pokémon came out. It looked just like it had last time Mark had seen it. Mark looked up at Jones. "But shouldn't Mr. Roboto be weak to water types?" Jones let out an ear to ear grin. "But that's the good part about him. You see, just use an attack called 'Adapt' to which ever type you want. It'll gain that type's properties. Just Adapt to Grass type, and it'll be resistant to Water. Easy, huh?"
Mark flexed his good hand. Se slipped on some sunglasses. "Thanks Dr. Jones. Time to get my second badge."
Meanwhile, Chris was trying to get his.............
Chris threw open the blue doors of the Cerulean City Gym. He had heard that all of the leaders, except for Lily, were on vacation.*NOTE* Lily is the only one whose name I can remember. So, blegh.*
He walked up to her podium, and challenged her to a battle: "Hey, are you Lily? I need the badge, so cough it up!" Mike, who was with him, leaned over. "Uh, hey Chris, that just MIGHT not be the best way to ask for a battle." Chris moved his eyes ever so little. "I knew that." Lily smiled. "As Gym Leader, like, I have to accept. So, K!"
They walked over to the area, and the lights flickered on. "We will each use three pokémon, K?" Lily said, as if it mattered. It was her gym and her rules. "Like, for my first pokémon, I call Lapras!" Lily threw out her ball, and the majestic pokémon appeared in the middle of the water filled arena. It let out a mournful cry, and looked around with big, sad eyes.
Chris gripped a ball at his waist, and spun it around on his finger as it enlarged. His eyes sparkled behind his silver framed glasses. "I choose Venonat!" Chris smirked. The purple Bug appeared on one of the floating platforms and stared at Lapras. "Ven??" It asked curiously. "Yeah, I know it'll be tough, but remember that other TM I taught you!" "Veno!!" It said confident. Mike looked sideways at Chris. "How many TMs have you loaded this thing up with?!" remembering the battle yesterday. Chris smiled. "Oh, just a couple."
Lily was getting impatient. "Like, can we get this thing on??!" "Fine with me!!" Chris shouted. "Venonat, use Mega Drain!!" "Lapras, time for Ice Beam!!" Lily commanded. Venonat leapt at Lapras, and sunk it's tiny fangs into the Transport pokémon's neck. "Lap!!" It screeched, and dove under water. "Venonat, hurry! Get out of there!" The tiny bug flung it's self off of Lapras, and just grabbed the edge of the platform.
Lapras' head stuck out of the pool, and shot a beam, spiraling with colored energy. "Venonat, up, come on!!" Chris was panicking, not only because he might lose his first pokémon relativity fast, but because Mike would probably never let him live it down. Just as the beam of energy hit the platform, Venonat pulled itself, and jumped to a close by floater.
Chris let out a sigh of relief. "OK Venonat, let's try for something a little more long ranged. Use Poison Powder!" "Lapras, quick, Sing, like, K?" Lily shouted. Just as Lapras began to sing it's sweet melody, Venonat shot out a steady stream of purple powder, that hit Lapras, and caused it to cry out in pain, ending it's song.
"Oh, no! Lapras, like, return!!" Lily said, and recalled Lapras. "Go, Seaking!!" she called, and sent out the oversized fish. "Venonat, Return!" Chris said, and grabbed another ball. "Go Nidorino!" The poison-pin came out and proudly cried it's name. Mike again leaned over. "Chris??! Why'd you call back Venonat? It was still going strong!" Chris again looked smug. "You're supposed to know these things, Tech-boy! Seaking, for some odd reason unknown to me, has the flying attack Peck. That could really hurt Venonat." "Oh" Mike said.
"Seaking, dive!" Lily said, and the huge fish obeyed. Nidorino stood around looking useless. So did Chris. "Uh, Nidorino, use Focus Energy, I guess....." Chris said, and the big rabbity looking thing's horn began to glow. The glow soon spread to the other parts of it's body. "Nido!" It said proudly.
"Seaking, like, Waterfall!" Lily called. The fish surfaced, and shot a huge stream of water in the air. "Nidorino, dodge!" Chris said. The poison-pin flew out of the way just as the Waterfall hit. "Now use Double Kick!" Nidorino used it's strong forearms to leap on the fish, and give it two sharp raps to the head.
"Now, Seaking, like, use Horn Drill, K?" Lily commanded. The big fish sprang out of the water, and it's horn started spinning around, much like a drill. "Nidorino, duck and then Horn Attack to the belly!" Chris shouted over the whirring off the Horn Drill. Nidorino fell to the ground, and then jabbed it's horn into Seaking belly. "Sea!" The great fish moaned, and collapsed to the pool.
"Seaking, return!" Lily called, "Go Seadra!" The small dragon pokémon sped towards Chris. "I'll keep Nidorino out!" He said, "Now, use Fury Attack!" Seadra leapt out of the water, and shot a pray of ink at Nidorino. It hit it in the eye, blinding it. "Nido!!" It cried, and missed with the Fury Attack. "Nidorino can't fight in this condition!" Chris said, "Return! Go Krabby!" Mike asked: "Chris, why don't you use Primeape? He'd be more than a match for that little thing!!" Chris winked. "Because I'm saving him for the last battle." As if that explained everything.
Lily started to laugh. "A Krabby? Like, that thing is weak!" Chris looked furious. "I'll show you how weak it is! Krabby, hold it with Vicegrip!" The river crab pokémon tried to grab the speeding Seadra, only to miss. Several times, in fact.
"Seadra, Smokescreen!" Lily shouted. The small dragon shot another stream of ink. "Krabby, quick, go under water!" The little crab dived under the water, barely missing getting hit. Once under the water, it began to sink like a stone. "C'mon Krabby, swim!!" It began to stroke it's little pincers back and forth, and wiggle it's legs. Slowly, it started to rise.
"Like, Seadra, keep it under water!" Lily commanded. It slammed into Krabby, knocking it even further below the surface. "Krabby, when it tries to hit you, latch on to it!!" Chris yelled. The angry-looking water type charged at Krabby, but it dodged, and grabbed it. "Sea!!!" It squealed it rose to the surface. "Sea! Sea! Sea!!!"
"Krabby, while you have it in your grip, use Guillotine!" In few short seconds, the battle was over.
"Like, good battle so far, but now I have some else for you!" Lily smiled sweetly. "Go, Dewgong!" Chris' eyes glowed with hope, and he smiled as he threw out his last ball. "Go Primeape!"
Meanwhile.......................
Mark approached the gym, followed by Graveler and Mr. Roboto. He tried the door, but it was locked. A mechanical voice came on: "The gym leader is currently in a battle or otherwise preoccupied. Please come back later." Mark sighed and kicked a rock. He flipped off his shades. He could almost see out of his left eye. Things were still a little foggy, but it was getting better. He sighed again. "Oh, well. Might as well go see how Robert and Joe are doing at the garage."
He walked over to the garage, and stepped inside. A greasy looking man was at the counter. "Yeah, what's up?" He asked in a deep voice. "I'm here to see a couple of friends of mine. They were here picking up a truck. Their names are Robert and Joe Peterson. I believe a girl named Marian was with them." "I'll see if they're here."
Suddenly Marian came rushing in, saying: "Mark! Thank God! You've got to stop them! They've gone MAD!!!!" Mark rushed back into the garage, quickly followed by Marian. "I don't see what the problem is..... Hey what's that paper Robert's signing??"
Robert finished putting his signature on the bottom of the page. "Oh, hi Mark! I was hoping you'd come in." Mark was just staring at the huge thing behind them. "Is THAT what you bought??" He asked, really hoping that it wasn't. "Yeah! Cool, huh?" Mark just stood with his mouth open. "OK, so, how'd you get it?"
Robert grinned. "It's a real cool story. You'll laugh. You see, the owner of the garage is a collector of vintage Fords. Like mine. Well, when we got into town, it broke down, and we brought it here to get it fixed. Well, then that whole thing with the Man-Scyther started up, and then Edgar, and, well, I never had time to check up on it. I just did, and the guy said the thing was in pretty bad shape, and would probably break down again. He offered me a sweet deal on the thing, a trade in. So I did! Now look at what we get to ride around in!!"
Mark immediately fell to the ground. Robert tilted his head. "So I guess that means you don't like it?"
Meanwhile.........
Jerium........... Jerium snapped out of his meditation. He knew that voice. "Master Gyran?" He said. Yes............ It is time for them to begin their training. You must bring them to me. You know the place. time of the Dark One is at hand. Their training must begin if they are to succeed. The other members of the Thirty are either too old, already been trained, dead, or turned to Dark Thirty. The time is at hand......... "Master Gyran? Gyran!" Jerium shouted. The voice in his head was gone. One thing was clear. It was time to leave Cerulean. ASAP.

LFL™ Book 2: Chapter 14.

"Primeape, C'mon! Use Low Kick, anything!!!!!"
Mike took out his pokédex, and smirked. The timer was almost up, and Primeape was almost out of energy. It was not looking good for Chris.
"Dewgong, just hold him off for a little longer!! Like, make this thing time out!" Lily smiled. Dewgong was obviously at a high level. Primeape was frozen stiff, and all of Chris' other pokémon were wondered, or otherwise preoccupied.
"Primeape, Return." Chris said defeated. "I....guess........I lose.........." The timer clicked down to zero, and a buzzer sounded. He let out a big sigh. "I may have lost, but I'll be back." He waved to Mike. "You're up." and he started to leave.
"Like, Chris, Wait!!!" Lily called after him. "Don', like, go of mad, or anything! That was a great battle! If it wasn't, like, for the freeze, you might, like, have won!" She pulled a shining blue thing out of her pocket. "We, like, reward people for that, and some stuff! You can have the badge, just tell you friend to stop looking at me funny!!"
Chris caught the badge, and said: "Thanks, Lily! I really could have won you know......." Mike looked over at him. "Pity badge." "Shut up!" "Pity badge!" "I said, shut your pie hole!!!" "PITY BADGE!!!!!!!!" "HUSH UP, BEFORE I GIVE YOU WHAT FOR!!!!!!!"
Lily rolled her eyes. "Like, are you gonna battle me, Mike? Like my pokémon are healed, and getting fairly bored, and junk!" Mike gripped his ball and grinned evilly, "Let's rock!" Lily likewise, gripped a ball, "Four on Four, OK?" Mike kept up his grin, "Sounds fine to me!" Now it was Chris' turn to lean over and whisper. "Uh, Mike, you only have three pokémon...." Mike's grin grew even larger. "HAD three pokémon! I went out and caught another this morning. A good one, too!"
"Like, I'll change my tactics this round! Go Seadra!" Lily threw out the small dragon pokémon's ball. It fell into the pool, looking tired. Hadn't it just battled. Chris yelled out. "Uh, Lily? Your Seadra looks a little worn out!" Lily fell into a panic, she to, had noticed it. "It'll be fine! Like, Mike, send out your first pokémon!"
Mike flung his ball. "Go Hitmonchan!" "Sea!!!" The little thing sighed, it's eyes drooping. Mike sounded concerned. "Lily, you'd better return that thing before it gets real hurt!" Lily turned a bright red. "Like, it'll be OK, really!! Seadra, use Smokescreen!" The weaning water type spat out a little blob of ink, and that was it. Hitmonchan began to laugh. Lily rolled her eyes. IT was going to a very short battle............
Meanwhile, in a garage.................
"A SEMI?????! YOU BOUGHT A SEMI???!!!!" Mark's mouth was still wide open as he stared at Robert's new semi. It was.......big. Quite big. Mark didn't like this one bit. "What the heck are we going to do with a semi???" Robert rolled his eyes. "Ride around in it, of course. Doy." He smirked. "It's perfectly capable of taking us where we need to go. Where ever that is."
Suddenly, the wooden crate Robert had been leaning against fell apart into two pieces. A shining sword lifted up from the wreckage. It's welder looked grim. It's welder was Jerium. He stared at Mark with haunted eyes. "It's time to leave. NOW." Mark started stuttering. He had never heard his friend sound like this. "Uh, OK. As soon as Chris and Mike get back from the Gym."
All the sound startled Charm, who was sleeping behind a pile of crates. "Char!" She shouted, and stood up. Jerium had hard cold eyes. "We go get them. We leave now." He waved to Robert. "Load up your semi. We're taking it." He then walked out of the building. The garage owner was going to stop him, but then thought better of it. The crate he cut in half had been filled half way with steel bars...........
Jerium walked over to the Gym, followed by Mark and the others. He chopped open the locked doors, shutting off the automatic guard system. He barged into the battle room, where Mike was winning his battle. Lily looked over at him. "Oh, uh. Like, hi Jerium..... Long time, uh, no see....." Jerium's eyes seamed to grow harder and colder. "Hello, Lily. It has been a long time. The Dark One is arising again. We will meet again. In about three months, to be exact. I know you will fight as well as your mother." He waved at Mike. "End this battle now, with Mike as the winner. This is official Thirty business. You have your training. They don't. Tell the others. Gyran. Three months. Don't forget. Take your mothers pokémon, as well. I know you have them. Farewell." Lily threw Mike a blue Cascade Badge, told him good battle, and was off. She had the same haunted expression as Jerium.
Jerium ordered them out the door, where Robert was waiting. Chris looked up at the huge semi, and gasped. "Uhhhhh. Robert, may I ask, JUST WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?????" Robert was grinning from ear to ear. "I bought a semi!" Chris and Mike had their mouths wide open. Chris said: "You bought a WHAT??!" Robert was still grinning. "A semi! It's mine! I traded in my truck for it!" Jerium scowled at all of them. "Let's move. Robert, does this thing ride good?" If Robert's grin had been any better, the top of his head would have fell off. "Of course! It rides great!"
Jerium threw open the door. "Fine then. Let's roll. Robert, Mark, and myself in the front, the rest of you in the back." Robert let down the ramp that led to the back of the truck. "When I get the time, I'll fully furnish the back of this thing, back it real nice to ride back here........." Everyone got in, and Robert shut the huge doors. After a while, a static-y intercom came on. "You guys all right back there?" "It's dark, cold, and it smell like cat wizz!!" Chris shouted at the top of his lungs. It echoed around, off the metal walls, and mike socked him in the head. "You moron, are you actually TRYING to make us go deaf??" He looked over at Marian and Charm. "Marian, think you could use those wacky powers of yours to give us some light?" She closed her hands, and a bright blue glow filled the back off the truck. "Now, Charm. Give use a little heat back here!" The spoiled lizard looked fondly at Mike, and brought the flame on her tail up to full power. The temperature grew noticeably warmer. "Ahhhhhh. That's better." Mike said. Chris scowled at him. "Charm never listens to me. Why you?" Mike smirked. "She always did like me."
Joe, who had been silent until now, said: "Mike, exactly how do you know Chris? Are you brothers?" Chris started to choke. Mike remained calm. "Brothers? No. People always think that, but no. Just friends. We grew up together, in Lavender. For some reason, Chris never got a badge." He looked over at Chris, and grinned a white toothed grin. "Ain't that right, Pity Badge?" Chris turned away from him, and just stared into the corner. "Whatever."

LFL, Book 2 Chapter 15: Time, Part 1.
Time keeps on slipping, slipping, into the future..........
The semi came to a grinding halt. It took a long time for the huge thing to stop. It was a good thing, too. Mark was about to throw himself out of the window. The only music Robert had was an old, beat-up copy of "Convoy". On tape. He insisted on playing it non-stop. For three hours. THREE HOURS!!!!!! He had to listen to that thing for three freakin' hours!!!!!!!!! It was maddening.
Jerium slowly opened the door of the semi, and got out. They were in front of a cave. Mark poked the young Scyther that sleeping in his lap. It sat up, yawned, and started slashing at the air. It climbed up onto his shoulder, and they went outside. Robert was letting down the ramp in the back, so the others could come out. Graveler lumbered out. It was very cranky. It had been bounced around inside the semi for three hours. That was almost as bad as listening to "Convoy" for three hours, Mark considered, but not quite.
Jerium slowly walked up to the cave entrance. He called into the cave: "Master Gyran? Are you there, Master Gyran?" He waited a few moments, and then walked in. The others followed. It looked like a very simple living environment, with a bed, a few chests, and not much else. Jerium walked over to the bed. There was a very old man laying on it. Jerium kneeled at the bed. "Master Gyran. Are you still alive Master Gyran?" The old man, Gyran, groaned, and sat up. Even though his body looked very old, you could tell there was still power and energy there, like a giant knuckle, ready to be popped.
Gyran smiled. "Jerium, finally you return." He threw down the covers to his bed, reveling a bloody bandage. Jerium gasped. "Master Gyran, what has happened?" Gyran sighed. "The cult happened. They came here hoping to release the Dark One from his prison. I managed to fend them off, but I got stabbed by a black knife." He pointed over to where a pokéball was positioned on a podium, both being showered with energy. Gyran stood up. "As you know, the Time is again coming." He looked over to where Mark and the others were standing. "Are these the ones that might be members of the new Thirty?" He adjusted his glasses, and stared at Marian. "Ahhhhhhh. A former Channeler. Very powerful. She's had training, some at least. Not enough, though."
He nodded at Marian. "You will now understand the full extent of your powers." He closed his eyes, and started humming. Then he erupted. Green flames shot out from every part of his body, zinging across the room, slamming into walls, ripping holes in the ceiling. Then it stopped. Everyone opened their eyes. The room was just as it had been, nothing was smashed, or broke, the ceiling was whole, everything was as it should have been. Gyran opened his eyes. He smiled. "That was only a fraction of the real power you possess."
Chris stepped forward. "What about me? I have powers, too" "Then use them!" Gyran snapped. Chris closed his eyes, just as Gyran had done. He seamed to be concentrating very hard. He started to sweat. The green flames on his hands jumped and flickered, but nothing else happened. He gritted his teeth. He raised his hands, palms out, and screamed. A burst of green energy shot forward, and puttered out before hitting the wall. The was a little fizzle, and the burst disappeared. Gyran smirked. "See. While you have the powers, you have no training other than what Marian has taught you. I can help you with that Chris." Chris blinked. How had Gyran known about Marian's training. Or their names, for that matter??
Gyran stood in front of the group. "It is now time for training to begin. Mark will battle me first, then whoever else thinks they have a chance." He stepped outside, followed by Mark and the others. Jerium stayed inside. Gyran gripped a pokéball. "Go Nuke!" He flung out a ball, and a huge Blastoise, apparently named Nuke, landed with a loud, dull thud. "Go Mr. Roboto!" Mark commanded, and tossed out the sliver pokéball. The robot pokémon appeared, stating it's name, and it's saying. "Domo Aregato, Mr. Roboto" Then it beeped twice. "Domo. Domo."
"Nuke, Water Cannon!" Gyran commanded. Mark quickly panicked. While the huge Blastoise was charging up for the Cannon, Mark called: "Roboto, use Adapt to Flying/Grass!!" The robot sprouted a jet pack, and metallic-looking vines flew out of random parts of it's body. "Now Dodge!" Nuke launched a monstrous shot of water at Mr. Roboto, but it missed, collapsing a nearby tree. Mark quickly scanned through Roboto's moves, trying to think of anything that would work against a Blastoise. "Roboto, use Electro Shock!"
A large cattle prod shot out from the front of Mr. Roboto. It rammed into Nuke, and shot a huge shot of electric energy into the huge beast. It screamed, and brought a heavy claw down on Roboto, smashing it to the ground. It tried to take flight, but couldn't. It retracted in the jet pack, and again brought out the wheels. Mark mentally scanned through the attacks that Dr. Jones had told him. "Use Magnetic Beam!" A multicolored beam shot out from a small disc on Roboto's front. It hit Nuke, drawing the Blastoise in.
When it was incredibly close to Mr. Roboto, almost too close, Mark called: "Now throw it away!!" Roboto reversed the polarity of it's beam, and shot Nuke into the wall of the cave. It got up snorted, and charged Roboto. The robot looked around, gave a mournful beep, and was smashed into the ground. There were scuff marks all over it's body, and many dents. It wasn't moving all that well. It was trying, but it just wouldn't move. "Mr. Roboto, Return." Mark called it back. He looked at Gyran. "Do I lose, or are we going two-on-two?" Gyran folded his arms. "You're out."
Mark walked out of the arena. Gyran shouted: "Does anyone else think they can take me?" Joe stepped forward. "I'll try." Gyran held out a ball. "Nuke, Return. Go, Duel!" The huge Blastoise was sucked into the ball, and from another ball, came a huge creature. It looked like a Gyrados, but with two heads. Each head was snarling, and ready to destroy anything that got in their way. Joe gulped, and threw out a ball. "Go Venusaur!"
"Duel, Double Hyper!!" Gyran shouted. The two-headed Gyrados changed a Hyper Beam in each of it's heads, and let loose. Just before the moment of impact, Joe shouted: "Venusaur, Absorb some of it, and change for a Solar Beam!" The Plant-Lizard spread it's flower wide, and the center began to glow. One of the two beams hit the center, and was absorbed, but the other hit some of the petals, and shredded them. "Venu!!!" The huge pokémon growled, and the center of the flower glowed white hot.
"Venusaur, NOW!!!!" Joe shouted, shielding his eyes from the intense light. The gigantic pokémon blasted a Solar Beam so powerful, that the shockwave from it knocked Joe down. The green and white beam slammed into Duel with a huge "THAAAAAAAA-WHOOSH!!!" Both of it's heads reared back, and it swooped in for a Bite attack. It connected, and one of the heads carried Venusaur up into the air. It looked like a stuffed toy in the mouth of Duel. Gyran smiled. "Now drop it!" Venusaur tumbled to the ground, helpless. "NOOOOOO!" Joe shouted, "Return!" The purple beam of energy sucked Venusaur in. Gyran had just won another battle.
Gyran smirked. For an old man, he was extremely cocky. He was good, and he knew it. "Does anyone else have the courage to face me?" Robert stepped forward. "I think I'll have a go." "Very well," Gyran said. "Duel, Return! Go Nine-Spike!" A huge Nidoking landed on the ground. All of Gyran's pokémon seamed to be very powered up, like they were taken out of another time.....
Robert swallowed. That thing looked BIG. "Go Beedrill!" The Poison-Bug pokémon flew out of it's ball, and hovered in front of Nine-Spike. "NIDO!!!!" The thing roared. "Beeee!" Beedrill buzzed. "Nine-Spike, Use Tail Whip!" Now it was Robert's turn to smirk. "Tail Whip? That attack doesn't do anything!" Gyran grinned grimly. "Just watch." Nine-Spike whipped it's massive tail around, and swatted Beedrill down. "Now use Stomp!" The Nidoking leapt high in the air, and landed on Beedrill, stomping on it again, and again. "Beedrill, return.........." Robert sighed. Gyran had just claimed his third victim of the day.
Gyran approached the group. "Three fights. Three loses for you. Three wins for me. Was it because I am a better trainer, and have had more practice, or because you are not good trainers. Each of my pokémon has a great weakness. Nuke is very nearsighted. That's why she missed with her Water Cannon. Duel's two heads get mixed up and fight each other often. Today was an exception, in my favor. And finally, Nine-Spike. He is very powerful, very big, and above all very, VERY clumsy. He tripped trying to Stomp Beedrill. If you would have watched for a few seconds, instead of charging straight into battle, you might have been able to succeed. I am very old, and past my prime. You are just entering yours. You should have won. Why didn't you? You must ask yourself this question over and over again."
He turned and walked into the cave. "Jerium will stay in my cave. The rest of you will stay in Robert's semi. We will continue training in the morning. We have much to do, and very little time in which to do it."
Later that night.............
Jerium was sitting on the floor while Gyran was sitting on his bed. Finally, Gyran broke the silence. "Jerium, there are precious few of The Thirty left. We know of some possible one, like the ones here. And there are ones we know of for certain. Like, yourself, Lily of Cerulean, Dr. Jones of Pewter, Professor Oak, and his grand son Gary Oak. There are others, too. Many of the original Thirty are dead, the lines forever ended. More are missing. Some have been turned to the Cult's purposes. Yes, Dark Thirty. Stolen from time, and turned."
"There is one of you number who this has happened to. You, of course, do not remember him. He is, was, Chris' brother. His name is Kevin, and now he is Dark Thirty. Specter erased your knowledge of him. You could not have prevented this. He is now gone. Chris will have to face his brother, and we cannot stop this. Not even delay it. On the Day of Reckoning, The Thirty will collide against Dark Thirty, the Dark One, and his cult. We must prepare."
"Tomorrow, you will go in Robert's semi, and seek out other members of The Thirty." Gyran finally finished. Then he laid down, and slept. Jerium was gone as soon as the others were out of the semi.
