Rico is a superb young dog. In the stack he is elegant and on the move he is strong and powerful. At 11 months Rico had won 4 Challenges and a Best Of Breed, several Reserve Challenges and, at 9 months of age, won Best NZ Bred Of Group at Southland's All Breeds Ch Show. Also at 9 months Rico was awarded 4th place in the Canterbury Kennel Assn.s Show Weekend All Breeds Grand Puppy Stakes out of an entry of 90. By 2.5 years Rico had gained his NZ title and completed it with another age of group win! Rico has a lovely head with dark eyes and good mouth, he is of sound construction with good topline, very elegant neck with good arch, and nice bone. He has a funloving nature and has matured into a boxer to be proud of.
On March 21st 2005 Rico completed his 8 week obedience class and graduated 2nd in his class. Rico has also completed his 8 week agility class and graduated in April 2005. Rico is really enjoying the change from the showring and has been very 'entertaining' in off lead runs at agility!!!.
