Here are the gods that sit in the council room of the Planes of Purity. They are all allied and work together to make one of the most powerful evil sides.
There is an awful warmth about my heart
like a load of immortality
-John Keats

Set is pretty much the head of the council along with his love, Hecate. He is the god of Darkness, Night, Storms, and Evil. He also holds much power with curses and poisons. He absolutely hates Jes Corin and only Jeremy Starr has been able to come close to overtaking Jes's place at the top of Set's hate list. However, Jes pulled ahead once again after semi-recent events. The most dangerous thing about Set is that he owns both Eyes of the Serpent which can call him to the prime material plane for an hour a week. He has yet to find a reason worth this extreme case, but it's all the more reason not to piss him off. He is a greater god.

Hecate is the goddess of Night and Witchcraft. She is however, a protectress of children. She does not like seeing children come to harm and never tolerates it unless need be. Keisha is the closest one to her, but she's even starting to draw lines with her. Hellhounds always accompany Hecate and she's more powerful at night. The time when her power is at its peak is the night of August 13th. This power is even greater if the moon is new. The most hated by her is Richard Mirs because of what he's done to many children. Bonnie, Bristara, and Paco are close follow ups. She is an intermediate goddess

Though not a very powerful goddess yet, Arista is the daughter of Set and Hecate. She is a goddess of Night, Darkness, Snakes, Child Birth, and Children. She hasn't shown much of her potential yet, but it's definitely there. She also controls Miguel's Mark. She is a demi-goddess, working her way up to become a lesser goddess.

The ruler over the Planes of Purity, Delgeres is a god of Human Purity. He despises any other race and half-races even more. The one he despises most is Ricki Corin, because of her marriage to the crown prince of Tandraia, Klethe. He also greatly dislikes Darryl. He had Serilia under his control for a while, but Aurinia broke it. He is a greater god as well.

Almis is the god of Pain and Torture and he's extremely proficient with his job. He often gets to torture those people that Hecate catches hurting children, and it's an experience the person never forgets. He is an intermediate god.

Simirus is the god of Nightmares and Darkness and he gets a twisted delight in sending out the nightmares. Since the gods of Night also have some power over nightmares, they have, a couple of times, joined together to create them. Arista and Simirus are the two who get along perhaps the best. They often go over nightmares together before sending them out to people. He also will sometimes help assassins and thieves get away in the night. Simuris is an intermediate god.

Orilian is the goddess of Fire. There's nothing she loves more than a really big fire. She also speaks to her priests through fires. She is very foul tempered and an intermediate goddess.

Poseidon is the god of the sea and the god of horses. Maybe this is why Patrick and horses just don't get along. ::grins:: Anyway, he hates the pirates of The Brandy Rose for not giving him the proper worship and loves getting ahold of one or two to torture. He likes to pick on Malin and Darryl a lot. Poseidon also has a rather mean temper and is an intermediate god.

When you look into the abyss,
the abyss also looks into you.
-Friedrich Nietzche

Evil is done without effort, naturally, it is the working of fate; good is always the product of an art.
-Charles Baudelaire
