I'm sure you've all heard about George's battles with throat cancer. Well, around July the 9th I was watching E! News Daily and they had a segment on George's battle with cancer. Alarmingly, the segment revealed that George may have a tumor in his brain. George underwent radiation treatments at a cancer clinic in Switzerland. George has been quoted a saying, "I am feeling fine and I am really sorry for the uneccassary worry which has been caused by the reports appearing in today's press. Please do not worry." Franco Cavalli, George's doctor is quoted as saying, "Mr. Harrison successfully completed his course more than a month ago and we forsee no need for future treatment here." George has a history of cancer. A few months ago he had surgery at the Mayo Clinic to remove a growth from one of his lungs. Also, in 1998 he had throat cancer probably caused from his smoking.
Everyone, please keep George in your thoughts and prayers and hope that he has no more problems with cancer. |
