Franklin D. Oatman (1357)

Franklin D. (Roswell, Asahel, Benjamin, George, John, Johannes), son of of Roswell and Emmeline (Hicks) Oatman, was born about 1855 (per Michigan marriage and census records).

He married, on 4 July 1877, Cynthia Bowerman, in Mayville, Tuscola County, Michigan. She was born about 1854 in Ontario (Michigan marriage records). They were both residing in Watertown, Michigan, at the time they were married, where he was farming.
