Kima got her first AKC point on October 14, 2000 by taking Winner's Bitch at Catonsville Kennel Club Show under Mr. Richard T'ang. Kima then went BOW at Chesapeake MD Kennel Club for a 5 point major under Mr. Robert Vandiver. Kima needed 1 point to finish her Championship and after several Reserves she finally finished big with a 4 point major at the Chesapeake Kennel Club show on Saturday, November 24, 2001 under Ms. Sherry L. Gibson. Kima has gone on to several group placing's since her championship.
