Out of Thin Air (The Body Stealers; Invasion of the Body Stealers) (1969) [Dr. Matthews/Alien]: Playing a dual role, "Dr. Matthews" is killed (off-screen, exact method unclear) and replaced by an alien impostor; his body is shown afterwards when Hilary Dwyer discovers him. The alien impostor is shot with a ray-gun by Lorna Wilde so that Hilary and Patrick Allen can escape.
Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970) [Dr. Zaius]: Killed in an explosion (along with everybody else) when Charlton Heston's hand falls on the trigger of a doomsday bomb. (Thanks to Donald)
