--- Our Resources and Links ---

** Web Site Resources **
Within our web site: Citizens for Second Chances (CSC) there are direct links to other web sites on the Internet which you can reach by clicking on the underlined link. These web sites contain information that has been created independent of CSC. These independent web sites may also endorse or advertise products. The presence of a link to a third-party web site should not be construed to mean we have any affiliation with them.

CSC does not endorse, control or approve this external information, or any products they may advertise or endorse, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of its information. However we are very selective of who we link to, and believe in its accuracy at the time we first link to it. Your use of that information is voluntary, and before reliance upon it, we suggest you perform your own independent review, to see if it is appropriate for your purposes at that time.

Occasionally we will cite case law and link to those court decisions. Our main legal case cite resource is FindLaw.com and we are grateful for that web site and wish them to have all credit for their work. When we cite cases from other sources (i.e. State Court Appellate cases, and others) we will cite them for appropriate credit for their work.

Attribution & Copyrights of Other Authors' Works: In articles that CSC writes or comments on, it is always our policy to give proper attribution and credit, including when citing resources outside of our site. We carefully evaluate all web resources that we use and want those authors to receive recognition for their work. If it is found we have erred, we would appreciate if that is brought to our attention so we may again evaluate that resource and make appropriate adjustments or deletions.
** Web Site Submissions **
Within the CSC web site we ask our visitors to advise us of anything that they feel would enhance our web site. Given CSC is responsible for its web site content, excluding above mentioned ** Web Site Resources **, CSC conditionally accepts input and reserves the right to review same before considering it for inclusion. CSC, after review, may decide not to include the input or to modify it before inclusion.

CSC thanks its visitors for submissions that enhance this web site. CSC does not reimburse visitors for submissions, and appreciates those who wish to make this site better for the benefit of all visitors.
