| There is a VERY short dash after the E of E.U. only about the length of the center bar of the E
The R inside the circle is too big for the circle and the circle was extended at lower right. The tail of the R juts outside the circle. The line inside the R is squared off in the upper left corner. The 5 in the lower right star point touches the central brick work.
