Isaac Jones b. ca 1783 died May 8th 1821 The patriarch, Isaac Jones.
Milley Jones 1792 The wife of Isaac Jones. Her given name was Malinda. She is likely the daughter of Thomas Clayton. Isaac and Malinda married in Georgia (probably in Columbia County) probably sometime before April, 1806. No record of this marriage has yet been found
Jessee Clay and Nancy Willingham married November 18th 1813  Jessee Clay is probably the brother of Augustus Clay and son of Charles Clay of Virginia. Augustus Clay married Elizabeth Moon who was the daughter of Jesse Moon. There is no known reason for them to have appeared in the Isaac Jones Bible. Gerald Willingham, who died in Halifax County, Virginia in 1792 had daughters named Nancy and Milly. 
Joseph Jones and Elizabeth Waldin married November 27, 1834  Unproven connection - Joseph and Elizabeth had:

Joseph Jones remarried Eliza Mosley 30 Dec 1860 and they had one child, David Gardner Jones b. 1 Jan 1862 in AR.  Joseph's father was possibly Nathan Jones. 

Isaac Shadix and Rody Hurst was married December 1834 Isaac Shaddix was the son of John Shaddix. John Shaddix was living near Isaac Jones as early as 1805 in northern Columbia Co., GA. John Shaddix was married to Nancy Clayton who is thought to have been a sister to Milly.
William H. Harden and Nancy Jones was married [date not readable] William Harmon Harden and Nancy Jane Jones, daughter of Isaac Jones's son Seaborn Jones and his wife Nancy Wadsworth. 
Seaborn Jones son of Isaac Jones and Milley and his wife was born February 12, 1810 Son of Isaac, father of Nancy Jane Jones
Seaborn Jones and Nancy Wadsworth was married June 1st 1835 She was the daughter of Archibald Wadsworth of Moore Co., NC and later Hancock Co., and Pike Co., GA. Aaron Jones later lived in the household of Seaborn Jones.
Isaac Jones son of Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born May 2, 1817 Son, Isaac Willingham Jones. The origin of this middle name is a mystery. There were Willinghams living very close in Columbia Co., GA in 1805, and one Willingham family intermarried with the family of a John Jones there, but, as yet, there has been no known connection. It is possible that Milly's mother was a Willingham.
 Isaac Jones and and Mary Wadsworth were married December 7, 1835  Isaac Willingham Jones. Mary was another daughter of Archibald Wadsworth.
Aaron  Jones son of Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born September 20, 1813 Son, Aaron Francis Flourney Jones. He was named for a prominent minister, Francis Flournoy of Antioch Baptist Church, Morgan County, Georgia.
Aaron Jones and Mary Ann Wadsworth was married May 7, 1841 Aaron F. F. Jones and Mary Wadsworth, daughter of John Wadworth and his wife, Nancy. She was the granddaughter of Archibald Wadsworth.
Wm R. Jones son of Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born January 1, 1807. Riley Jones, son of Isaac. He may have been named for William Riley who was living near the Isaac Jones family in 1820 in Morgan Co., GA.
William R. Jones and Mary Ann Allen was married November 10, 1841. She is believed to have been the daughter of Robert "Major" Allen of Pike County, Georgia.
John B. Jones son of Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born July 10, 1808 His middle name was "Barney", the origin of which is unknown.
Patcey Jones daughterof Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born September 34 1811 died July the 14th 1819. Origin of this name is unknown. It is likely a short form of Martha which was popular at the time.
Eleanor Jones daughter of Isaac Jones and his wife Milley was born June 8, 1815, died May 1836 age 21 years. She married a Harper.
Rachel Jones daughter of Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born 15th July 1819. She was unmarried as late as 1850, and living with her mother in Pike Co., GA.
Milley Jones daughter of Isaac Jones and Milley his wife was born May 7th 1821 died January 6th 1829. She married George Washington Langford.
Frances Louisa daughter of Isaac and Mary Jones was born February 11, 1837. This is the eldest daughter of Isaac Willingham Jones. She married Aaron Harper.
John Dawson Jones was born December 21, 1838. He was the eldest son of Isaac Willingham Jones. He married Julia Osborn.
William M. Jones was born March 1, 1842. The second son of Isaac Willingham Jones. He married Sallie Boyd and served in the Civil War with his father.
Mary Emiline Jones was born 10th of August 1844 The second daughter of Isaac Willingham Jones, she married Henry Reece.
Bab son of Seaborn and Nancy his wife was born born March _____ 1836 and died the 15th of March 1836  Grandson of Isaac who died young.
James Dennis was born March the 8 1809 (death not legible)  Franky Jones, daughter of Aaron Jones, married James Dennis in 1832 in Pike Co., GA. Later, Frances Dennis (the a widow) married Thomas Lee. Thomas Lee and Frances Lee are mentioned in Aaron Jones' will. 
Francis Elizabeth Dennis was born on May _____ 1832  She is not certainly documented, but likely is a daughter of James Dennis and Frances Jones.
Aaron Lafayette Hickman was born October the 7th 1833. He is the son of Zilla Ann (or Zillerann) Jones and Thomas Hickman. Zilla was the daughter of Aaron Jones. Note:  Aaron Jones b. 1780/81 in GA is thought to be a brother to Isaac. Aaron Lafayette Hickman married Jane Abbott and had a son named Thomas Hickman, b. 5/20/1856 and a son John Abbott Hickman b. 1861.). Aaron Jones was living with Seaborn Jones (Isaac's son) in 1850, age 69.



 
The Will of Isaac Jones, Morgan Co., GA

 "I, Isaac Jones of the above state and county, being weak in body....  ...I lend the whole of my estate real and personally ... unto my loving wife, Milly Jones, during her natural life or widowhood for the raising and educating of my children. And, at her death or marriage, my will and my desire is that the remainder of the estate real and personal, be divided equally my wife having married again, an equal part with my children or a childs part and or equal division to be made of all the profits arising therefrom between, Riley Jones, John Jones, Seburn Jones, Aaron Jones, Isaac Jones, Eleanor Jones, Rachel Jones and my wife, being pregnant and for her child to be an equal heir with the rest of my children, and lastly I appoint my beloved wife Milly Jones and James Shaddix in my whole and sole executrix and executors of this my last will and testament...wherefore I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of April, 1821. Signed Isaac (X) Jones, Testy Isaac Clayton, Aaron Jones, and John Shadix.
 
 
 
Names appearing in the Isaac Jones Will
My research notes:
James Shaddix Brother of John Shaddix. Both were neighbors of Isaac Jones as early as 1805 in Columbia Co., GA. By 1810 James "Chaddock" was living on Lot 219, in the 15th District of Morgan Co., GA. Lot 219 was a 202 1/2 acre lot which was subdivided into three smaller lots. The other two were owned by Thomas Clay[ton] and Nathan Jones. In 1819, the adjoining lot, #220, was purchased by Isaac Jones, and it is at this property that he likely died. Lot 219 bordered Indian Creek and the Little River. Thomas Clayton and Nathan Jones were also neighbors of the Shaddixes and Isaac Joneses on the Little River in Columbia Co., GA in 1805. 
Isaac Clayton He is not fully identified, however, Robert Clayton, who was living in Columbia Co., GA in 1805, had a son named Isaac. The families of Robert Clayton and Thomas Clayton are believed to be connected.  
Aaron Jones Aaron Jones, father of Frances Jones, and Zilla Ann Jones was living with Seaborn Jones (Isaac's son) in 1850 in Pike Co., GA. He was 69 years of age (i.e., born ca 1781). He is believed to be the brother of Isaac.
John Shaddix Brother of James and father of Isaac Shaddix who married Rhody Hurst. Isaac and Rhody are mentioned in the family Bible. John Shaddix married Nancy Clayton who is believed to have been a sister of Isaac's wife Milly and Robert Clayton.
