Recently you testify before the House Science and Technology Committee, a hearing on competitiveness and innovation, at Capitol Hill in Washington on Wednesday, March 12, 2008. The common terms used for this news is "Bill Gates Testify Before Congress", and it has an important meaning for me related with my previous letter of "A Test of Getting Wealthy", about your award to Thailand's "Condom King" Mechai Viravaidya whose last name Viravaidya is like containing my name Firman. The word "congress" is a little bit like Indonesian slang words "Koq Ngeres…….", which means "why the dirty mind………". As if the congress were questioning you about why you were like inspiring me about something "dirty mind" when you gave the award to Thailand's "Condom King" Mechai Viravaidya. Of course I am not going to defend you here because I am not a lawyer, but at least I can give a clarification about this. For me, it is alright if you would like to realize such a "A Test" even if it could be interpreted as a "dirty mind" test. Because, by still having the consent to move to the eternity though I have been living in wealthy condition after receiving some significant amount from you, it could increase the value of my moving to the eternity in the eyes of God. That among the human species in this world, there is someone with such consent of leaving the wealth of life just because of a strong devotion to obey God's call to move to the eternity. Hopefully it would become a strong reason for God to bestow more of God's Mercy and Love to this world for the good of our kind, the human species.

On 17 February 2008, I went to the house of my brother in law’s brother to show the painting he asked me to make based on his idea. After some brainstorming, he came to the conclusion of adding some more buildings, and some arrows on the top. After working the additional ideas on that painting, a week later on 24 February 2008 I sent the photo of that painting. I sent the photo through email, and a few days later he agreed and asked me to send the finished painting. Then came the news about U.S. Air Force's decision to award a $35 billion fuel airplane tanker contract to EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co.) and Northrop Grumman Corp. The name of Northrop Grumman Corp. is like containing a syllable of my name Firman. While my brother in law’s brother came from South Sulawesi, like the former Indonesian president BJ Habibie who also known as an airplane expert who spent some years at MBB airplane factory in Germany. And Northrop Grumman Corp. obtained the contract along with their partner EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co.), a European airplane company comprises of British, German, France and Italy. So the U.S. Air Force's decision to award a $35 billion fuel airplane tanker contract to EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co.) and Northrop Grumman Corp. was like inspired by my working the painting. Then came the news that Boeing on Monday 10 March 2008 said it will formally protest to the US Air Force decision to award a 35-billion-dollar aerial refueling tanker contract to Northrop Grumman and its European partner EADS. I herewith apologize to Boeing, I really did not realize that my working the painting would inspire such decision. Nevertheless, such bad news for Boeing has been followed by good news about "Boeing Co. has won a $32.8 million contract boost to supply Combat Survivor Evader Locator radio systems to the Air Force, the Defense Department said late Thursday March 13, 2008. The hand-held, satellite-based radio systems are designed to enable warfighters to communicate without being detected or intercepted".
