The teacher droned on and on about his trip to the Carribean, Lana
was almost asleep listening to his hikes and the so called 'funny'
things that happened. She rested her right hand against her cheek and
looked down at her ring. The promise ring that Clark gave her. She
smiled as her thoughts went to him. It really was beautiful. She wore
it with the heart pointing toward her, which meant she belonged to
Clark.
It had been a whole month since Lois was taken back to Metrolpolis
and locked away in a padded cell. It felt good that she didn't have
to worry about seeing that crazy ho again. Since the debackle with
