I am not claiming to be an expert, but these are the products that I have used both during my transitioning period and after. Some are keepers for my natural hair and some didn't make the cut. ______________________________________________________ Alberto VO5 Clarifying Conditioner w/ Kiwi and Lemon Squeeze My no poo product. I decided to try the no poo method after my chop. I love this conditioner. Deep conditioner: Lustrasilk Cholestrol w/ Aloe Detangling formula: I used this through out my transitioning period and now on my natural hair. It helps with detangling also. *update: I discovered a great way to enhance this conditioner. Add a little honey and olive oil. Creme of Nature Shampoo for dry hair: My only shampoo during my transitioning. Made my hair soft and great for detangling. I've only used it once since my chop, but if I feel the need for shampoo I will use it. Three of my top products. The forth is the leave in below.

______________________________________________________ Transitioning: Used after washing. Used a daily spritz. Natural: My natural hair loves this product. I spray it to revive my styles every morning. Review: My favorite product. I have this product in a spray bottle. I use it faithfully. I have replace this product with acjazz rosemary spritz. ______________________________________________________

Transitioning: I used this gel for my plait and curl style. Just a little on the relaxed ends before rolling. The curls lasted longer than I kept the style. Natural: Great for smoothing my hair for afro puffs. Review: Love it. No flakes and it's light. _________________________________________________

_________________________________________________ Transitioning: Great for braids. Natural: Didn't make the cut. Too oily. Review: My transitioning hair loved. My natural hair hates it. _________________________________________________

_____________________________________________ I use this for my two strand twists. Just a little on wet to damp hair. Makes nice and shiny twsts. It does have beeswax as an ingredient, but I don't experience any build up. Review: I love it. I'll continue to use it until I find a more natural product. _____________________________________________

ORS Shea Butter was not one of my favorite products. I swapped for this online, but never bought a bottle. It worked okay on my son's hair, but did nothing for me. _______________________________________________

Profective Mega Growth- I haven't tried this on my natural hair. It was one of my favorite transitioning products. I used it when I braided/plaited my hair. ___________________

New product for me. Bronner Bros OIL MOISTURIZER Hair Lotion with  Caster Oil & Aloe. This has beome a staple in our household. I now have to plait my hair at night and this works well with that process.
